Suzy's POV

People are all the same, but what made them different is what had happened to them. For me, once I was like the others. I once had a bestfriend too like the others. I lived a happy life until big unlucky things happened.

It was summer, where weather gets hot, drinks get colder, music gets louder, and party gets wilder. People were cheering for summer, but not for me. I locked myself on my room. I blamed myself for dad's death because he died on his way to buy me a pin. It was his last present for me that I treasured a lot.

I lost my apetite, I wasted my summer holiday that I cherished the most. My life was eaten by my sorrow. My best friend, Min was convincing me that it's not my fault. She was always there even though I tried to get her away. By time, I learned to let go my father's incident and everything went usually as Min was there always supporting me.

One more week before summer break would ended. Min went to my house. It was boring since we did nothing, but she's Min after all. Never get no idea.

"Let's play ToD!" She suddenly shouted on my ear.

"Okay!" I shouted on her ear back, turning both of us giggling.
"But don't you think it's too boring?" I asked.

"Then, let's just go for Dare!" She said exictedly.

We deciced the victim by the flipping coin. Min chose head, so it was tail for me. I had doubt that I would win because Min is good on luck until the coin showed head. YEAHH!

"There you go!" I said like jumping around.

"Alright, alright. What should I do?" She said after she sighed.

"So, there's a mysterious my new neighboor. It's a guy, highschooler. Ask him date for an hour!" I said. Min's eyebrow raised in shock after heard it.

"Are you crazy?!" She shouted.

"A deal is a deal." I said while crossing my arm.

"Comm'on! You gotta be kidding me!" She wined while rustled her hair.

"You just need to ask him out. It's not a must to have a date with him." I said. Min closed her eyes. Once she opened it, she was brave to face the trouble.

We headed outside, where Min need to do her mission. She rang the doorbell, yet nervous as what if it was the guy's parent who open the door. Fortunately, it was him.

I hided on my house gate right away when he showed up, eavesdroping everything while holding my laugh. Well, he's quite handsome. He looked fine with his hair styled while wearing a school uniform. 'Jang Wooyoung' was written on the name tag.

Wooyoung stared Min for a while, waiting her to respond. But she was frozen.

"What?" He asked. Min blinked then awaked.

"Le-let's have a date! For an hour." She said straight forwardly.

"Heol." I said throwing words from my mouth without realizing. I closed my mouth, avoiding me from making another sound.

Wooyoung looked Min from her head to her toe while crossing his arm, scanned her in every single detail.

"Hmm.. okay. Let's date! But you'll pay. I want to eat ice cream right now." He said. Min's eyes widened then she checked her empty wallet. Min turned pale as white paper because she didn't know how to react. She didn't expect him to accept it, me neither. Wooyoung opened his phone and done something.

"Aish, I'll lend you. Let's go!" He said then he grabbed Min's hand heading to the ice cream shop. Me and Min was extremely panic as it didn't go as we expect. We didn't think that he would accept it. I just secretly followed them.
