"ARTHUR!"

"SEAL THE ENTRANCES! MAKE SURE NO ONE LEAVES!" Ector ordered the guards stationed at the entrances. "MERLIN! DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TO SAVE HIM!"

As the members of the Roundtable surrounded their king and did their best protect the corpse, the nobles in the room all began to panic as they looked at the down king. As all this was happening, Minister Foss stood on the second floor, overlooking the chaos below not with pride, but felt as a weight was lifted off his shoulders.

'Finally.......the deed is done.' Foss thought to himself. Regrettably, this was the only path he could see that resulted in less casualties. As he lifted his goblet to take a drink, he was stopped by a servant approaching him. "Hm? What is it?"

"F-forgive me m'lord." The servant bowed his head before holding out an envelope to the minister. "But I was told to give you this letter during the party."

"How odd......you are dismissed boy." Foss informed the young lad, taking the envelope from him. He opened it and found a letter meant for him. As he read the letter, his eyes widened nearly making him fall over. He flipped the envelope over and out came a butterfly hair ornament. He grabbed the ornament with worry as tears formed in the corner of his eyes. He then looked back down at Arthur's corpse that was being yelled at, and cried on by Ser Kay.

'That's...........impossible!'

Outside Camelot.....

The assassin rode his horse in the dead of the night. He looked back at the castle with a smirk as he cheered to himself.

"HAHAHA! That was easy!" The assassin spoke to himself. "I made more money than us commoners make in ten years of honest work! That means farewell to that boring dishwasher job! Now I just have to lay low and........hm?"

The assassin squinted his eyes as he looked forward. In the dead of night when all the other townsfolk should be in their houses sleeping, a man wearing a hat with a feather coming off it and a well maintained brown cloak. The hat obscured the man's face, preventing the assassin from recognizing him.

As the horse closed the distance between them, the assassin had no time to react as the man took out a sword and cleaved him in half. As the top half of the dead assassin hit the ground the bottom half, still on the running horse, fell over as well.

The man readjusted the hat on his head before walking towards Camelot, whistling: "Jesus loves little children."

Later....
Foss's temporary mansion.

"I never expected things to proceed so well, it felt too easy." A noble laughed as he and his other conspirators sat at a table, having a candle lit dinner.

"Everything went according to Minister Foss's arrangements." One noble praised the small man, who hasn't touched his meal at all. "You're skills are quite impressive!"

"No, not at all..." Foss waved off the compliment.

"Yes, it was impressive Minister Foss!" Another spoke out. "Without your expertise, we would have given up on trying to get rid of Arthur. You saved us from Vortigern's wrath! We owe a lot to you!"
