Rain left the baggage x-ray area and walked towards the bag drop off counters with his 360 hard case luggage in hand. He's wearing comfy jeans, black t-shirt and his fave converse run star motion black low sneakers. As soon as he arrived at the edge of the check-in area, he saw a familiar build walking towards him. Rain turned his back on the approaching person and stood behind a self-check-in machine. He then sneaked a peek to check if his eyes are not deceiving him.
He saw Taylor from afar, dressed in his usual smart casual get-up of light-colored slacks and white short sleeves polo. His assistant walking a step behind him, taking note of Taylor's rapid instructions while trying to catch up to Taylor's pace. Kuya Fred dragging two luggage with him is at Taylor's other side. When Taylor's group reached one of the check-in counters, a tall lady in a tight-fitting dress walked up to meet them then reached out and clung onto Taylor's arms.

'Let's forget about it Rain, you no longer have the right to know anything about Taylor. Ha! He never gave you the right in the first place.' He mockingly told himself
Rain gazed at the clouds outside of the plane while sitting on his window side seat. He's flying back to Manila after several months staying in Pagudpud with his cousins from the mother side.
He never thought that of all the people he can come across Laoag Airport, it will be Taylor. Still handsome as ever despite losing some weight. Taylor looked his usual confident and powerful self. One new thing he noticed is the presence of a blue teardrop stud at Taylor's right ear. Nevertheless, seeing Taylor again should not affect his resolve to move on from that heartache. Besides, Taylor has clearly moved on from him.
After about one and a half hour, the plane landed at Manila. Rain walked a bit fast towards the arrival area bypassing the walkalators. He wore his aviators even indoors, covering his eyes and just walk straight without looking at anybody. He then rode the escalator down to the baggage claim area. As he waits for his luggage to appear on the carousel, he kept on looking around vigilantly in fear of encountering Taylor again.
As Rain exited the airport, he waited for River to pick him up in front of bay 6. He's still slightly on edge and constantly looking around until he realized what he's doing.
'Stop it Rain. You promised to move on from all of it. Did you run away to Pagudpud for nothing?'
After that thought, there is a visible change in Rain's demeanor. He exuded a relaxed yet cold aura. Like ice cream will not even melt on his mouth.
Rain saw River's yellow Raize approach and slowly stop in front of him. River finally got her own car. She got off the car and excitedly hugged Rain while shrilly calling out her twin's name.
"Rain! I missed you! Give me a kiss, dali na!" (quickly)
Rain hesitantly returned River's hug. "Hello River." Rain somewhat formally greeted which earned a slight frown from River.
River chose to ignore Rain's strange behavior for now. "Let's get your luggage into the trunk before security calls our attention for staying too long here." to which Rain just nodded reservedly.
As River drove them home, she noticed that Rain's unusually quiet. He mostly replies to her questions with one-word responses. She tried asking Rain if he's hungry. Usually, the topic of food will excite her twin into suggesting several food choices they could try. But now..
"Sa bahay na, I'm tired." (Let's just eat at home. I'm tired)
River frowned again and commented: "You've changed."
