Hello!

Underwriting in progress. I'm not changing anything too major, just going through to fix any loose ends, typos, and add a little more dialogue here and there. I wanted to add more moments between certain characters, so if you're here to reread, something's might be slightly different this go round! Enjoy!

This is the sappiest story I've ever written, but it's not over the top at all, since I'm used to writing toxic relationships. I really wanted to get a story out there that's a little gushy since my other stories don't have much of the fluffy cute moments.

My stories are usually always dark, but this one isn't as bad as the others I've written. Though I will warn you, there is multiple situations where there's mentions of rape/assault by a stalker, I will add warnings to the chapters that happens in. There will also be a couple domestic abuse situations, I'll add warnings to those chapters as well.

Alright so I've added some more parts into the story that ended up being a lot darker than I had intended when I planned this story, so the themes still stand but it's a bit twisted at times.

I've changed the plot quite a bit to fit my character and JJs relationship, which means John B and Sarah aren't the main characters, though they're both still very important. I also added in some more unconventional things into the story, so keep in mind that this isn't based off of real life, it's fictional and exaggerated.

I'm still pretty bad at writing smut, so please don't hate on those scenes. I know they might seem rushed, but it's better than being robbed. I didn't want the smut police being called on me, and we all know JJs character loves sex, so we really cant leave that out of the story. Haha.

This story is not a slow burn, at all. I'm focusing more on their new dynamic of being more than friends, like learning to trust and love, and a lot of focus goes to the twists I've added to the treasure hunt, so instead of building on a new relationship since the characters have already known each other their own lives, we'll watch them mature together.

I do not own the rights to the Outer Banks cast or original plotline. I only own my character's part of the story.
