They followed us and with every minute it became more and more clear how dangerous these sandstorms can be. Every where I looked there was sand. Finally, we arrived at a small sandstone enclosure, to which Anakin opened the orange door, allowing the others entry. "Mom!" Anakin called out into the house. "Mom! We're home!"

"Ahh,dissen cozy." I heard Jar Jar exclaim as the others were observing our small home and I saw my mother emerge from her room as she looked to be whipping her hands off with a rag. She raised an eyebrow at the unexpected crowd that had gathered in our living room and gave Anakin and me a quick look of confusion. "These are our friends, Mom." I started to explain as I motioned to the others and Jar Jar was quick to say hello.

"I'm Qui-Gon Jinn."Qui-Gon introduced himself to our mother. "This is Padme, Jar Jar Binks, and our droids. Your sons were kind enough to offer us shelter." I then quickly turned to Padme with bright eyes and a big smile on my face. "Anakin and I are building a droid. You wanna see?"I asked her excitedly and then before she could answer I decided for her. "Come on. I'll show you 3PO." I exclaimed and then grabbed her sleeve  and dragged her off to our room, followed by the droids and Anakin.

The room was small, but not terrible. It was meant for two people. In our room, there were shelves carved into the sandstone wall. There were tons of old and mechanical spare parts stowed on the shelves. Our beds were crammed together, almost like a double bed. Our blankets were sparse and thin, and our pillows looked like rocks to me. Against the opposite wall was a small, wooden workbench, which I went to with my brother.

I pulled away a tarp there, revealing soming an unfinished droid. "Isn't he great? He's not quite finished yet." The brunette eyed her briefly and after a few seconds a warm smile formed on her lips. She shook her head in disbelief. "Wow! He's wonderful." "Really? You like him?" I asked, dumbfounded, and she nodded.

"He's a protocol droid." I told her. "And is supposed to help Mom around the house. Watch." Anakin added, pressing a button on the droid's neck. One of the eyes lit up as the droid made undefinable noises and stood up. "Where is everybody?" He mumbled. "Oops!"  Anakin exclaimed and Padme giggled, while I now took another eye from the small table next to me  to pin it on 3-PO afterwards.

"Oh, hello!" He greeted us " I am C-3PO, human-cyborg relations! How might I serve you?" He introduced himself. "He's perfect." Padme marvelled. A soft "oh, perfect..." escaped the droid and the young girl examined him more closely.

"When the storm is over, Anakin and I will show you our racer. We're building a podracer right now." I boasted and smiled proudly. My brother smiled and nodded in agreement. "You have a wonderful gift,Timothee, Anakin." Padme said and smiled honestly at us. "Thanks." We replied and smiled as well while C-3PO got up and started moving.

"I'm not sure this floor is entirely stable." The droid muttered. "Oh,hello!" He greeted the two droids. "I don't believe we have been introduced." The blue and white droids beeped briefly."R2-D2 and R8-D8. It's a pleasure to meet you both!"3PO replied them. "I am C-3PO, human-cyborg relations!"
