- Second Sister
Though 12th Brother training with 2nd Sister was cut short by a Jedi who caused her downfall which angered 12th Brother as he viewed her as an older sister, he didn't have.
The young 12th Brother was later transferred to the 3rd Sister at the request of Grand Inquisitor, warning him to not trust her as he was entrusted to watch her as none of the Inquisitors trust her.
During 9 BBY though was rough time for the Inquisitors as 3rd Sister had claimed our Master, Darth Vader old enemy Obi-Wan Kenobi lived.

Though in the progress to capture him, the Grand Inquisitor was claimed to have been killed by the Jedi Master.
The young 12th Brother was later transferred to Vader castle at Vader request, which he was given a mission to watch over the recovering Grand Inquisitor.
Darth Vader Made it clear that 12th Brother's Mentor next will be the Grand Inquisitor as he will be dealing with 3rd Sister while not aware that within that year 9th Sister was killed by the same Jedi that cause 2nd Sister death.
