Once the Star Destroyer entered the atmosphere of Lothal and is seen hovering above the Capital city of Lothal, but mainly hovering more directly over the Imperial Headquarters.
Afterwards an Imperial Lambda Shuttle is seen departs from the Star Destroyer and lands at the Imperial Headquarters and was met by Governor Pryce and her escort of Stormtroopers.
But she was surprised to see who arrived planet side. Which was Grand Inquisitor, 1st Sister, 2nd Sister and 4th Sister with a squad of Purge Troopers walking down the ramp.

- Grand Inquisitor
Governor Pryce: "Grand Inquisitor, this is a surprise."
Grand Inquisitor: "Quite so, Governor."
Governor Pryce: "May I ask why you are here with three of your Inquisitors as well, because as I recall, I only requested Grand Admiral Thrawn presence."
Grand Inquisitor: "Grand Admiral Thrawn and our Emperor believe otherwise, and so far, my Inquisitors have failed me, so I'm here to end this rebellion once and for all since your failure to capturing them and destroying entire fuel storage in the attempt."
Governor Pryce: "I know of my failure but does that require nearly bringing three more of your Inquisitors to come along."
Grand Inquisitor: "Taking every precaution is needed, these rebels have proven quite to be a true threat to Emperor's will, in the end will make an example of them and to all those who would oppose the Emperor."
