It's been 6 months since Alastair and I got engaged,

We've planned a lot, today I was going dress shopping, I was nervous

Everyone that was a bridesmaid came, I was still deciding on a maid of honor

I think I might have my brothers girlfriend be my maid of honor.

She was always so sweet to me and helped as much as she could when I was growing up.

I picked a few dresses that I liked, I was also looking at dresses for the bridesmaids.

I kept looking at wedding dresses with floral designs and the dresses were poofy.

"No one told me how hard it'd be to pick a dress" I say to Chloe, she chuckles "I can't believe your getting married before me" she says.

I give her a sad smile, my brother wasn't financially stable to start a family, he told Chloe it was okay if she wanted to leave but she didn't.

She stayed with him, and she's helping him with money, "should we go show them?" She asks i nod,

After a while I had to decide between 4 dresses. It's really hard to choose them, their all so pretty.

One is a long sleeve dress, well there's 2 long sleeves but one has loose sleeves.

I tried on the 3rd dress "how do you feel?" Selena asks.

"Like I'm gonna flash everyone.." I say, I know that they'll alter the dress.

"Well at least Alastair won't mind" she says i glare at her through the mirror.

I got to try and the 4th dress, and my smile is wide "I think someone found their dress" my friend Elena said, I nod.

I smiled through the mirror, my eyes fill with tears as I look at myself.

The little girl in me is screaming in excitement "so have you found your dress?" The worker ask i nod,

She gives me a smile, I go and take it off, but when I do I wish I didn't look, $10,000

Tears fill my eyes, but their no longer happy tears, I change and walk out.

Chloe turns to me "what's wrong" she asks my, "the dress...it's too much money" I say looking at her.

Her eyes soften "I'll go back and look for cheaper dresses.." I say, I don't want to spend so much money on a dress especially since Chloe insisted on helping.

"Aliyah I can pay for it." Selena offers my eyes widened "but-" she cuts me off.

"It's not everyday you get married, you really like this dress, plus you and Alastair are really good together, you make him happy, and he makes you happy." She says walking towards me.

I give her a hug "are you sure?" I ask she nods "positive." She gives me a small smile.

"Thank you so much Selena" I say she chuckles "alright now let's go get your dress." She says walking to the worker and talking with her.

I wipe away my tears. And walk over to the counter.

I couldn't stop thanking Selena, she got so annoyed saying how if I don't stop she'll steal Bambi and won't give her back.

-a few hours later-

Selena dropped Claire, Chloe and I off, when we walk in I hear arguing

"Your not gonna be the fucking flower girl Leo." Alastair grits out.
