"Nice! Mommy it mean to look nice. Daddy say it's for boys so I tell daddy he handsome." Reina chinned in.
"Yes daddy is very handsome and so is your brother, right?" She pretended to think and I couldn't help but laugh. This girl so sassy for her little age.
I grabbed my bags and helped them gather their stuff before leaving the house. I had a few errands to run this morning. Unfortunately, their grandparents aren't available to watch them so they're stuck with me until this afternoon. It's fine though because Dave is scheduled to finally return to New York.
It's been hectic asf without Dave here. I even put our wedding plans on hold because it was too much for me. Besides, we had more important things dealing with. After releasing Dave, the authorities tried to keep him in LA talking about it's an ongoing investigation. Luckily, with the lawyer Dave has on his belt they couldn't keep him there without any logical reason. They had no evidence on him tying him to the death of Davinchi other than the fact he was involved in the altercation. Dave being the hardheaded street nigga that he is was never going to snitch on who actually killed the man so he really wasn't making things easier on himself. People were speculating and making accusations against him online blaming him for what happened which isn't surprising but it was still unfortunate. The investigation is still on going but at least he is coming home.
I thank God I got well behaved kids because as I'm sitting here getting my hair done, the lady besides me is having a pretty tough time with hers.
Reina is sat playing on her iPad, while Dimitri is getting his hair braided. I'm really contemplating giving him a hair cut because combing his hair ever so often is a bit much for me. I already have Reina's hair to comb.
Once my hair was slayed, I left with my kids and brought them to Target with me. Apparently they both to grown to sit in the shopping cart, so they walked besides me while we went between aisles. One more quick stop to Home Depot then we were done. By the time we left, I knew they were hungry so I bought something to eat and headed home.
