She lies traced in Satin,
lace neatly bowed at her
sleeves and the edge lining
of her dress.
Touched in pink lilies for the edging
and dipped in blue sky for
her bows,
she lies in beauty
that match her long
blonde curls.
If open, her eyes matched
the free air,
speckled in daisy
colors around the pupil.
Though, from here
her cascading eyelashes,
so full,
mark a peace
to her smile.
She was magnificent
and lovely.
She still is.
Though soon on one will see her
as her case is shut.
