Few weeks ago....

"Welcome to America Sir, I think you'll love it here." Jin put my luggages against the wall.

"Jin, you do realize that this isn't my first time here. I literally stayed here all my life."

"Well, it has been six years. You might have forgotten some things."

"Just find a house that I can buy soon. I can't stay in this hotel for long."

"Of course sir."

Two weeks after that....

"What's so special about this Kindergarten?"

"Well, it's the school Mr Park, your father attended while he was here. So Mr Park makes it his priority to donate to the school." He explained.

"Oh....."

"They are having a play and they wanted you to meet the little actors and actresses." He smiled happily.

"I...." I was interrupted by the ringing of my iPhone.

"I'll be there, just give me a minute."

Jin nodded and left my office.

"Tae-Tae."

I rubbed my forehead and laughed.

She was never going to stop calling me that.

"Hey ma, how are you?"

"I'm not good."

"What happened?" I asked with genuine worry.

"I miss my Tae-Tae. Come back home."

"Ma, we talked about this. I have to work. You can call me anytime you want but I can't come home now."

"If you where married maybe your kids would have kept me company."

Here we go....

"I recall that you have another son and he is still living with you."

"Kwan? Ha!, That boy never leaves his room, you and I know that."

Kwan was my younger brother and he was the most introverted introvert I knew.

You could count the amount of words he said in a day.

He and I were pretty close and we had a good bond.

"He's worse now. All he does is, go to school, get good grades, eat, and sleep. He won't admit it but he misses you."

"I'll call him when I get to the hotel tonight Ma, but I have to go now."

"Okay, bye now. I love you Tae-Tae."

"I love you too ma."

I shoved my phone in my pocket and headed to my SUV.

Jin drove of all the way to a certain kindergarten and then we were both escorted to hall by a woman.

"I'm happy you could make it Jayden. It's an honor to meet you." The man who I assume is the principal said to me.

"It's a pleasure to be here." I smiled at him.

"The kids have been preparing for while now. They said they really wanted to impress the crowd." He smiled. "We really appreciate the donations you have been making to the school."
