Chapter Twenty: We'll See

~Hayes~

I squeezed Mari tightly around her waste, laying in the crook if her neck.

"I missed you so much" I mumbled into her neck.

"I missed you too" she whispered, sniffing. While running her hands through my hair.

I leaned up and saw her crying and sat next to her. "Babe what's wrong?" I grabbed one of her hands and brushed her curly hair out of her face. "Mariana what's going on?" I askeda again.

"It's nothing Hayes" she grabbed her hand from mine and looked he other way.

"Mari is there anything you wanna talk--"

"It's nothing Hayes!" She yelled turning the other way.

"I'm sorry Mari" I have no idea what I'm apologizing for but Mari's upset about something. I caressed her mark, looking at her in her eyes.

"Don't touch me, don't touch me!" She screamed.

"YO what's wrong!?" Cam burst through the door. But by this time Mari was curled up on the floor by the bed, crying. Cam came further in the room and started talking to her. She was nodding her head then he embraced her in a hug and rocked back and forth with her.

It really hurt me to see him doing something I'm here for. I sat on the edge of the bed opposite of them and bent over with my face in my hands.

What did I do?

Cam kissed me on the forehead and walked out the room. I guess I had a panic attack.... Again.

I looked around me and saw hayes sitting on the opposite end of the bed. I got up and stood in front of him. He didn't look up.

"I'm sorry for lashing out on you like that baby" I ran. My fingers through his hair. He finally looked up. His eyes, once again, went from brown to blue.

I took his hands from in front of him and sat on his lap. Wrapping my arms around his neck, I place his head on my check and rest my chin on his head.

"Noone is upset with you Mari, and noone is mad at you," he stated "we will find Kylie"

"But she was right there, with me, I was with her" I felt my self start to tense up but hayes clenched my thigh.

"We'll find her"

~Hayes~

Mari looked at me in the eye. Then got off of my lap.

"What's wrong Mari," I feel like I've said this too many times.

She dropped to the floor on her hands and knees. It's happening.

She started shaking nervously. It happened.

There she was.... lying on the floor. I rushed to her saide. "Mari!" I panicked. Her chest moved heavily up ad down.

I picked her up bridal style and ran through the house to get to nash, or cam. I stumbled into JJ.

"Jack, you've got to help me"

"It's happening?" He asked

"Obviously Jack!"

"Follow me" he says.

Once we get in the second basement, Nash takes Mari from me.

"We knew it was gonna happen" he preps me.

"But Nash if she's changing into a werewolf officially, she can live right?"

"We'll see"

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I'm on summer break and probably will be ending this idk. But I have ideas for the following people:
