"Well... Is she?" Carter asked eagerly.
"Mari is not pregnant" I sighed.
"Then who is?" Hayes raised his eyebrows.
"Well you see--"
"Ah" Hayes groaned in pain. He fell to his knees and held his stomach.
"Hayes!" I kneeled next to him. "W-whats happening? Nash do something!"
"It's okay Kay"
"Huh?" I crooked my neck.
"He's experiencing pain from distance and time away from his mate in this case, Marianna."
He walked over to Hayes and pulled him up by his shirt. "He's empty and weak right now, usually when mates are a far distance they can feel each others pain."
Hayes spoke through gritted teeth "He's hurting her" He growled and sped out the house. Nash and Carter sped after him.
"You're pregnant... Aren't you?" Cameron whispered coming down stairs.
"What? What are you--"
"It's okay Kay I won't tell Nash... Not yet" I stood up and hugged him.
"Thank you Cam, and we will find Kylie and Mari.... I promise"
"I know"
"You do know... Austin had something to do with this. Why do you think he's not here?"
"Kay why didn't you tell us?"
"I thought you would know, you're the smart one."
He chuckled "Thanks Kay" He sped down to the basement. This was the first time I've seen him smile in 3 days.
"Cam wait!" I ran to the basement door. "Cam don't tell Hayes, you know he'd be mad at you guys for letting him back in.
Nash came back with a sleeping Hayes. "What'd you do Nash?"
"I just knocked him out-- his anger... It's naturally stronger than mines. He gets it from our mom"
"Cam just found some interesting information" I smiled.
"Just don't let Hayes know... He'd be pissed at you"
~Marianna~
"You're pregnant!?" Dustin said throwing Kaitlyn's positive pregnancy across the room.
After that he went on a rampage.
He started throwing everything at the empty wall, from lamps to pillows.
He hurt me. What am I supposed to do? My conscience told me to do the right thing.
"Dustin... I'm not pregnant" He got up from the floor.
"Really?'
"Yeah it's not mine. It's Kaitlyn's"
"Ahh.... Nash's mate" He smirked. "I will get the baby"
"Wait what?"
"If I can't have your babies then we will have theirs-- Make them feel my pain."
"This is why I ran away from you!" I screamed. "You're a fucking psychotic ass hole" I hopped on the couch. "Hayes and Cameron will come looking for me."
"They wont know because they won't come looking for you"
"You're lying"
"No one comes looking for a human" He degraded me.
"Hayes will"
He started walking to the door "I doubt it"
"You're not leaving Dustin! You're going to stay right here with me" I hit him on his back. He didn't flinch; he just kept walking.
