chapter 6

I woke up to the sound of rocks being thrown at my window. I thought I was dreaming. Who would want to be at my house at 2:15 in the morning?

Kenickie.

I went to the window and opened the shade and came face to face with him and I jumped back and he laughed at me.

He climbed up to my balcony.

I smiled and I opened the door. I whispered "you scared the shit out of me." He said "yea I see that." I looked at him in the moonlight. He looked very handsome. His slick back hair, his tall intimidating stature, his blue eyes, veiny hands.

He waved his hand in front of my face and I shook my head out of my thoughts. He said "you look like you're about to drool." I said "shut up Nickie." He smiled and said "is it okay if I sleep with you." I cocked an eyebrow and he said "not like that, sleep here tonight."

I said "you're lucky my dad is at some wine fest for work." He smiled at my answer. I said "let me go tell my mom first." He said "Can I meet your mom?" I said "No! It's 2:15 in the morning!" He backed off and said "ok jeez."

I said "why are you here anyway?" He said "my parents and I got into a huge fight and they kicked me out for the night." My face softened and I said "oh I'm sorry, you can always stay with me if it happens again." He said "thanks."

I walked out of my room and walked into my mom's bedroom to find her already up. She was about to open her door. She said "who are you talking to?" I said "my guy friend Kenickie he needs somewhere to stay, he got into some trouble with his parents please mom."

She said "okay, as long as there is no hokey pokey." I said "Ew mom okay." I closed the door and I walked into my room and I looked at Kenickie looking through my drawer with my underwear and bras. He was smiling to himself not realizing he had not been caught yet.

He held up this one red thong and I loudly closed my door and he jumped. I said "wanna try it on?" He said "I...um..I was looking for your TV remote." I said "mhm...it's on my desk."

I could see the redness across his cheeks even in the moonlight.

I said "come on let's go to sleep I have work in the morning." He said "work?" He took off his leather T Bird jacket as he did. I said "yes work, I'm shooting for a company tomorrow and you're gonna make me have bags under my eyes."

He took off his shirt and I looked at his toned body. I raised my eyes brows to myself and smiled. He said "like what you see?" I said "yeah." He was taken aback by my forwardness and he said "I'm glad."

He took off his jeans and his shoes and got into my bed and patted it like it was his own. I crawled into bed next to him and he wrapped his arms right below my chest.

I didn't have a bra on so his touch gave me the shivers. He smelled so good. It was the scent of cigarettes and cologne but mixed together on him with whatever he washes his clothes with smells heavenly.

This boy fell from heaven into my bed. I felt him play with my hair and I smiled to myself. He said "look who's smiling." I said "shut up." He pulled me closer to him.

Our bodies were touching and I could feel my ass against his crotch and a breath I didn't know I was holding was released. He said "I make you nervous?"

I said "yeah." He said "why?" I said "I don't know." His tired voice was like the hottest thing ever. He quietly said "you make me nervous too sometimes you know that?" I said "why?"

He ran his hands up and down my waist. He said "cuz I like you." I smirked and I said "I like you too." He held me tight and he breathed onto my neck which gave me shivers.

I turned to face him. He looked so cute. I smiled and I said "I really like you, a lot." He said "I really like you a lot." I said "can I ask ya a question?" He said "shoot."

I said "why does Rizzo hate me so much and why did Danny laugh when you sat between us." He looked less happy when I asked this.

He said "well, Rizzo and I used to be a thing last year." I felt my face drop and I said "oh." He said "I promise I don't like her like that no more, she was just easy." I said "so you had sex with her?" He looked down at the sheets and back into my eyes.

He said "yes." I rolled my eyes and I said "that's great, that's why she hates me so much, because she can tell I like you." He smirked and said "sorry you can't resist me." I pushed his nose and I said "I'm no easy girl I hope you know that right now."

He looked at me seriously and he said "I don't see you as easy at all. I really do respect you Ellie." I said "thanks, that means a lot to me." He said "Danny only laughed because he knows I like you and we were sitting next to Rizzo." I said "oh okay."

He said "don't worry doll I have not one feeling for her anymore." I said "good, good night Kenickie." I turned over so my back was facing him and I backed into him so there was no space left between us. He kissed the top of my head and said "good night Eloise."
