On her previous birthday, her grandmother had finally trusted her to give her Diamond, her most priced dragon. Diamond came from the fact that he was decorated with shiny crystals all over her body as an armor which was rumored to be a cloth made for its rider. Diamond was female and the last born in the twelve dragons hence she was highly protected by the siblings. Therefore, from her grandmother, Tiggy had learnt of the legend of the dragon world, the lost kingdom, the great white witch and her husband the dragon. She could not believe that the stories could actually be true. As she walked away, she continued to recall that the white witch had only been using her powers to heal, but some of the dark witches had cursed her human husband and turned him into a monstrous creature that they expected to use but the creature had turned against them to protect the love of his life. That creature was the first dragon, Darguna, The Black Dragon.

Unfortunately, her grandmother had claimed that she didn't have Darguna because apparently some other collectors like her already owned it as the lost love he had festered and he was bitter. Darguna had torn his hurt form his chest and from it emerged Riderra, the dragon of fate. The black dragon's tears, towards the end of the witches' life, had been used by the white witch to make the twelve little dragons as she drained her powers over the years. The witch's hope was that a part of her would stay with her offspring who would accompany Riderra whose birth she had foreseen. The white dragon was special because he was believed to be a combination of the witch's tears and that of the black dragon. It was believed that the witch had given up her last breath and powers for the white dragon to come to life and from her remains nature had sprouted and formed Diamond. That was why, both White and Diamond were the most sorted dragon statuette of all. Nobody knew where they were and the grandmother had warned her never to talk about them. Apparently, many collectors believed that the two in presence of Riderra would lead to his return to normal and the merging was the key in finding out if the legend was only but a story or not. The white dragon was the key to the Lost Kingdom-Hersherra, since it was shut off from other world by her to shut away the dark witches.

Tiggy turned to look at the neighbours again and wondered if she really had stumbled into a world she was not supposed to see. If that were true, then why did she feel like she was meant to find out and that there was more to the stories and why her grandmother had shared them with her. This incidence made her question why her mother and grandmother didn't agree when it came to those stories. Her mother didn't want them to learn of it while her grandmother kept insisting that she should. It also made her question the real reason why her grandmother chose to live in seclusion.
