3rd person, following Knuckle for some sussy reason (jk)

  "DUDE, I can't take this anymore. I gotta let it out."

  "What's up?" A super high school leveled concerned Illumi asked Knuckle (get the reference?).

"Look, don't laugh at me, but that new guy is so cute, he drives me insane." Knuckle confessed.

[Name] barked a loud laugh.

  "Cute? That kid is far, far from cute. He's somewhat a demon, literally. Knuckle, I know you're head over heals and this is probably your first relationship but," [Name] sighed, "That shotakon is not to be trusted."

  "Yeah, it's great horrifying hearing that, [Name], but where's your source?" Knuckle retorted. [Name] snorted.

  "My source is that I made it the fuck up." {JOKE, PLEASE STAND BY, BEEEEEEEEEP}
  "My source is from a story I heard. That child bit a student, got sent to principle's office, and yet got away with blue murder."

  "The kid has a name, you know?" Illumi chimed in, "Stop calling him 'The Child'. His name is Zushi, I think."

  "Oh my God THANK YOU ILLUMI." Knuckle suddenly yelled, "I've been DYING to get his name. Do you, by chance, have his number?"

  "No, but Kil does. I'll text him later, then forward to you."

  "Not now?"

  "Not now. Quit child-ing me. Oh, get the hell off, you jackass. After practice."

Illumi's eyes read, "Get the fuck off or I'll kill you. I said what I said, that's final." (Such a good male mother doncha think🥰?)

  "Oh shit yes ma'am."

And... practice went on. For Knuckle, it was such a pain in the ass. But he had to withstand it. He grounded his teeth. God, please please please let this be over quickly. He so so wanted to see that pretty little figure again.

So cute. Lovely. I wonder what year he's in?

Hmm. If he really did bite another student and got away, then I guess we could...
And then we'd get away.

  "Knuckle?" Someone slapped him.

  "Ow!" He yelped, snapping back, "What was that for?!"

  "To make you focus? You smiled a pretty creepy smile, so I guess that stimulated my urge to hit you harder than intended." Illumi shrugged.

  "Sorry, by the way." He quickly added.

  "It's all good..."

Knuckle didn't get to daydream about Zushi for the rest of practice. Not at all. Because Illumi's skewering gaze was fixed on him, ensuring his focus on the ball.

And that sucked.

The decision to ship Knuckle (aged down) and Zushi (aged up) is something fairly risky I do that might simply lose me my followers and readers, but, an author's gotta do what they do, man.
