Early the next morning, the Time Force members walked back to the barricade to repair it. And they saw a very unusual group of people standing outside the mobile command center. Just then, the telephone rang. "Bother that telephone!" said Riley. "Excuse me." She went inside to answer the telephone when there was a call from the manager. "I'm not sure what happened after that stormy night," said Sherman. "Me neither," replied Margo. It was long into the early afternoon when the Time Force members went into the mobile command center for a debriefing. Not long ago, the telephone call was shorter than Riley thought she would have. Then, she said, "Agents, this is a top-secret mission we need to work together in. With all that's said and done, we will be ready for the next adventure ahead of us."

Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny stayed with each other when they saw something very unusual in their way. Then, they gasped. The barricade needed some repair, since it was damaged by the big storm that raged across New York City the last night. Rapunzel was cross. "This is a terrible mess!" she exclaimed. Elsa and Anna laughed, and Sherman felt very silly. "I'm sorry. I thought I was trapped in the barricade," said Sherman. "I wanted to stay close to Penny so we can keep ourselves comfortable. I didn't know the barricade was destroyed by the storm." "Cheer up, Sherman," said Penny. "I didn't know the barricade was destroyed by the barricade, either." "It all happened a long, long time ago," said Elsa. "Not many humans remember that time. We tried to rescue Rapunzel before she can help you out of the mess." Not long ago, the storm lasted in the night and destroyed the barricade to bits. Rapunzel still felt very cross when the barricade was destroyed by the storm. Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny could hardly believe their ears. And to Rapunzel, they said, "You musn't be rude, you make us ashamed!" But Rapunzel didn't care a bit. It was long into the late afternoon when Riley saw that the mobile command center was malfunctioning slowly. "We need to fix the malfunctions inside the mobile command center," she said. "And then we can get started on building the defense." Meanwhile, the Guardians were trying to take care of the bothersome malfunctions of the mobile command center when they heard a signal. It sounded like a tornado siren that came out of nowhere. "What's that?" asked the Tooth Fairy. "It must be some sort of tornado sirens going off, indicating a storm is about to come," replied Bunnymund. "I find it hard to believe," said Jack Frost as he saw the damage to the barricade. "Me too, Jack," said Bunnymund.

Then, the Time Force members had to think of a way to get their spy gadgets put together for the mission. Elsa and Anna destroyed the tornado sirens right away, and the two sisters started to repair the barricade that was damaged. It was long into the evening when the defenses were getting built in time. Long ago, people building defenses had been using a lot of materials to barricade the city just so that they would secure all areas in it. Inside the mobile command center, which was already set up completely, Riley Andersen had to set up the defense's mainframe with her computer that needed to display information. She was able to get information to track Mrs. Grunion's location and she found where she was at. And then she said, "I found Mrs. Grunion's location! She's in the Alps, setting up her army of robots!"

The first day of building the defenses had gone, and the second day came in. So, the next morning, the Time Force members had to build another barricade to defend the city with and gathered all the parts they needed to build it. That stupid old signal, Sherman thought. He was remembering the time he misunderstood a signal and went backwards instead of forwards. By the end of the morning, Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny felt tired and unhappy. They brought some wood for the barricade to the site. "Hello, Agents," said Elsa. "You look tired." "Yes, ma'am, we are. We don't know if our legs are falling asleep or our feet are falling asleep," Margo replied. "You look the right way up to us," laughed Elsa. "Cheer up. The defenses will hold strong enough, and will probably get everything back on schedule. Would you like to set up the catapults? Anna and Kristoff will help, too." "Yes, ma'am. Thank you, ma'am," said Sherman. And so, it was arranged. The Time Force members worked hard to help Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff with setting up the catapults to defend the city with.
