Time Force: Attack of the Robots

Chapter 4: Class in Session

It took the better part of the next morning for the Time Force members to take their classes together, but finally, they were settled in. In their school uniforms, Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny were much happier now that they were able to take classes together in their new school year. Oh, yes, this was a much better arrangement. This morning, they made a plan to take on their new acting class with each other in the acting classroom. When they got ready for their acting class together, they went on for some acting warmups.

After the acting warmups were finished, the Time Force members went on to do some acting lessons for their school day. The acting teacher said, "Okay, for one scene, you must use emotional acting that you would come up with." Nobody knew what the acting teacher meant. Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny teamed up to act out the scene as told by the acting teacher. "Are you ready? And... action!" the acting teacher said. The scene started out casually. Then, it started to get more emotional and even more emotional until the timer rang out. "Time's up," the acting teacher said. After all the acting had mellowed down when the bell rang, the Time Force members began to realize that they weren't as happy as they thought.

"Gadzooks!" cried Antonio. "Someone call the Time Force! Wait, that's us!" Suddenly, it was all becoming clear. For the next lunch break that afternoon, the Time Force members went to the lunchroom to sit next to each other, staying together as a team. "According to our scan," Margo said, "we found traces of the robot army invading the Paradise Mall. Mrs. Grunion must be up to something dangerous, or in cahoots with our mission. We've gotta get to the Paradise Mall together so we can stop Mrs. Grunion in her tracks." The others agreed with her.

Then, Penny said, "We'll work together as a team once this school day ends well." And Sherman replied to her, "We have to stick together as a team of superheroes undercover at the Paradise Mall so we can get a good shot at it." The Time Force members talked and talked until they formed a plan. As soon as they finished their lunch break on time, they went onto their next class that they had to take together. They saw the instrumental music room, and it was their next classroom that they would be entering for their next class together.

After the school day was over, the Time Force members went to the Paradise Mall so they could go undercover in one of the shops. That evening, a big storm raged across New York City. Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny were safe in the bake shop, Bake My Day, and they took their positions carefully. "Okay, we're in position," said Margo. "Let's see if we detect Mrs. Grunion," Antonio said, cautiously. And then, Sherman and Penny said, "Start searching."

The Time Force members started to work undercover as undercover agents, trying to find traces of the robots inside the Paradise Mall. Meanwhile, Mrs. Grunion was searching for victims whilst her robots were searching for shops to rob. "Somebody's going to die tonight..." Mrs. Grunion told herself, for she certainly wanted the Time Force members dead or alive. She watched as the Time Force members were looking on the monitors where the Time Force members were, and they had to keep searching for the master criminal. All of a sudden, Mrs. Grunion approached Bake My Day and then there was trouble. She knocked the device off of the Time Force members to reveal their heads and then she said, "You superlosers will pay for detecting me!" And she laughed evilly, as evilly as she could. Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny were furious. They blew their dog whistles furiously at her. "STOP THAT NOISE!" bellowed a voice from in the halls of the mall. It was Riley Andersen, the director of the Time Force.

"She won't let us sell anything!" hissed Antonio. And then he used his lipstick taser on the big bad woman, electrocuting her unconscious. Mrs. Grunion fell to the ground and felt very dazed and confused. Rapunzel came in. "Mrs. Grunion, we need to arrest you for invading the Paradise Mall." "Bother! You can't arrest me! I'm innocent!" "Tell it to the judge," said Rapunzel. And then, Sherman and Penny put Mrs. Grunion on handcuffs right away. "You are under arrest until we figure this out," Sherman said, sternly. "We have to figure out a way to take out those robots so we can get a good shot at it," Penny stated in a stern-sounding voice. The Time Force members took on the robots and started battling them furiously. After defeating the robots, they sent them out and went back to the Time Force Headquarters for a new meeting.

"I'm sorry, Mrs. Grunion?" Riley said. "Hadn't we eliminated her as a suspect after the whole robot army incident?" "Yes, but there has been a new development," said Margo, "and I'm telling you, this is the lady. We found traces of the robots in all the shops and we caught Mrs. Grunion red-handed." "Interesting," said Riley. "I can see that this mission is where Mrs. Grunion is getting sent to jail for three years." Soon, the news flashed all over the world. Mrs. Grunion was sentenced to three years in prison, and she had to get a lot of time to think.

The Time Force members hoped that Mrs. Grunion wouldn't stay in prison for long, but they weren't really sure about what to think. And they set off to bed for the night and went on to get plenty of good rest while in the Headquarters. Margo and Antonio cuddled up with each other in one of the bedrooms while Sherman and Penny cuddled up with each other in the other bedroom. They stayed with each other and rested easily while trying to think of a plan for their next part of the adventure.

Next morning, the Time Force members woke up to find nothing had changed. They were looking forward to hot-buttered toast for tea in the Headquarters. Suddenly, they heard an evil laugh from the boardroom. It was Mrs. Grunion, calling the Time Force members. "Bother!" said Sherman, and the Time Force members had to get into their agency outfits. Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny hurried to the boardroom after doing their morning routine carefully. "Greetings, Time Force! I see you've caught me red-handed once!" Mrs. Grunion said on the computer screen. "Mrs. Grunion," said Penny, "you're powerless now that we've destroyed your robots in the Paradise Mall. It's over." Mrs. Grunion was surprised at first, but then she didn't know what to say. After a while, she spoke up. "It's over? I'm just getting started with my sinister plot." There was a long silence after Mrs. Grunion made her statement. Then, Margo spoke to her severely. "Everything was much better before you spawned a sinister plot to take over the world," she said. "We will not be going easy on you in this important adventure we have ahead of us. We are the Time Force." "And nobody, NOBODY," Sherman added, "breaks the force." Sherman and Penny held hands as tightly as they could, and so, of course, did Margo and Antonio.

After the conference call from Mrs. Grunion ended, the Time Force had to get ready to go into the adventure ahead of them. Nevertheless, as if they knew how much they would need each other, Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny stayed with each other as an elite unit of agents. Then, Riley said, "Remember: The Time Force is counting on you. You can do it, Agents!" And then, they went off for their adventure after taking a temporary break from their school days to set off to defeat Mrs. Grunion. "Alright, let's do this!" Antonio said to his teammates. "We're off! Next stop: Mrs. Grunion's lair!" Margo replied. And the Time Force members went into their jet to take off for their adventure.
