It was later on in the day and Karl was definitely feeling allot better about the incident. And was happy he wouldn't have to continue going with him.

"Karl I'm going to make you a quick sandwich alright and then we can sleep alright" sapnap said rubbing his back

Karl groaned his head in sapnaps shoulder.

"Come on baby you did really well last time ok let's just try" sapnap said carrying Karl to the kitchen.

It took Karl almost an hour to finish the entire half of the sandwich having to take long ass breaks inbetween bites but he eventually finished it.

Sapnap supported him back to their bedroom quickly getting changed into comfier clothes.

Sapnap wrapped his arms around Karl tightly helping him fall asleep.

Karl pov

I woke up to a swirling sensation in my stomach. I had felt that so many times before.

I immediately struggled to get out of sapnaps grip feeling the swirl go up and forming a lump in my throat .

I tried to run to the bathroom but I was too weak and collapsed on the floor the contents of my sandwich spilling out my mouth. It was horrible I hadn't eaten enough to keep throwing food up so I ended up throwing up bile and blood a little later.

Coughing and choking on it my hands on my stomach which was growling in pain

Sapnap pov

I woke up to a loud bang then a retch sitting up so fast it made my head spin a bit I looked over to my left to see my lover on the floor basically throwing his guts out onto our bedroom floor.

"Sapnap- sorry- *retch* I'll clean it i-i- swear" Karl said before gagging again placing his hands on the floor.

"Oh no baby it's ok it's all ok I'll clean it don't worry" I said going over to Karl rubbing his back.

"What happened baby" I asked.

"I woke up felt like I needed to throw up but I collapsed and couldn't make it in time I'm so sorry" Karl said starting to cry.

"Hey please don't cry ok, let's bring you to the bathroom alright" i said picking him up carrying him into the bathroom setting Karl on a stool were he could reach the toilet if he needs to.

I wiped his face with a rag from the sink. Kissing his forehead, "here drink this" i said passing Karl some anti-nausea medicine. Karl drank it slowly. "Well done babes I'm proud of you ok"

No one's pov
"Now I'll bring you back to bed and I'll clean it ok darl don't worry about it" sapnap said kissing his forehead again.

Sapnap placed Karl in bed tucking him in as he went to get the momp and bucket. Quickly cleaning up the mess and spraying some antibacterial spray. He got into bed with Karl and noticed how his eyes were red and tears fell from them. "Hey are you ok do you need something" sapnap asked stocking his head.

"I'm so sorry" Karl whimpered. "Darl it's ok alright I don't care about it" he said cupping his face. "I feel really bad that you always have to take care of me" Karl cried "Karl I love taking care of you" sapnap said.

"I can't even walk on my own anymore nevermind eating- and and.."

"Karl your not listening to me I don't care about that you're my baby I want to help you I love you so much and I want to see you alright again" sapnap said.

"I love you too sappy" Karl said snuggling up to saps chest again.
