After two more days in the hospital dream had come to pick the two up to drive them home.
The doctors finished detaching the drips he was attached to a replaced the tube with a fresh one.
They just wanted to leave but it took ages for the doctors to sort everything and schedule follow up appointments aswell as physiologist appointments that the recommended.
Eventually they left Karl had to be wheeled out of the Hospital as he still couldn't walk.
And sapnap dream and another doctor had to carry him into the back of the car.
Karl seemed to be out of breath by the end of it.
"You alright there doll you need anything" sapnap asked and Karl shook his head.
They arrived home at around 12 pm
Sapnap ran around to Karls back door of the car picking him up gently and slowly. He closed the door with his foot quickly thanking dream. walking inside.
Sapnap set Karl on the long part of their L shaped couch kissing his forehead.
"I'm going to go get you some pain killers and a blanket alright do you want anything else" sapnap asks.
"Cuddles now?" Karl asked. Sapnap thought for a second before nodding his head running upstairs to get the supplies.

He quickly set the pain tablets on the coffee table and unfolded the blanket putting it on top of Karl who snuggled into it sapnap thinking that was absolutely adorable.
"Ok sweetheart c'mere" sapnap said wrapping his arms around Karl who did the same each breathing in the sent of each other.
Karl fell asleep fairly quickly as did sapnap after a little longer.
The two slept pretty much until the next morning exhausted from allot that had happened in the past week cuddled up to each other.
Sapnap was again woken up to a faint sob coming from over his shoulder.
"Hey Karl are you ok what's the matter" sapnap asked breaking away so that they could look at each other but Karl just put his head back into his chest sobbing.
"Hey I'm sure it's ok alright bun just relax it's all ok now" sapnap says rubbing his hair.
"He's g-going to yell at m-me" Karl cried. "Who's going to Karl" sapnap says kissing his forehead.
"I look disgusting he's going to yell at me" he cried again. "He's not going to a promise Karl" sapnap says.
"He was! He yelled at me for putting on weight" Karl cried not seeming to have realised he had woken up
"It was all just a dream ok he's not going to hurt you alright" he said comforting Karl who continued to cry into his shoulder.
"It feels so real though" he sniffled
"Hey he's not in your life anymore ok don't let him make you cry sweetie" sapnap said rocking him in his arms.
"You look incredible honey absolutely stunning" sapnap said setting his boyfriend back lying down on his chest he gave him a small peck on his forehead.
"I love you so much sap" Karl said softly sapnap kissed his head before replying.
"I love you too sweetheart"
Eventually Karl's sniffles died down as he fell back asleep.
However sapnap didn't he slowly slipped out of Karls grip replacing it with a pillow tucking the blanket up to Karl's chin rubbing his cheek with his thumb before walking away to shower since he hadn't for almost a week.
He got out about 30 minutes later and decided to eat breakfast while Karl was asleep not wanting him to feel left out.
Quickly making himself a bagel sitting down scrolling through twitter when something caught his eyes,

Sapnap narrowed his eyes clicking on read more.
It first showed pictures of Karl leaving the hospital in the wheelchair, sapnap noticing again how skinny his partner looked.
Then there was a picture of him and dream lifting him into dreams car. Firstly not covering his licence plate then he noticed how much pain it looked like Karl was in with his read face and tears streaming down his face.
"Jeez the media really has no shame" he whispered.
"What has no shame" Karl asked rubbing his eyes walking into the kitchen. "Oh my god Karl youre walking" sapnap said running to him supporting him up incase he fell."well yeah duh" he said
"Do you feel better" sapnap asked. "Yeah I guess" Karl said.
Sapnap wrapped his arms around him.
"sapnap what has no shame" Karl asked.
Sapnap signed not sure if he should say it.
"Karl, people were photographing you leaving the hospital yesterday I'm really sorry but it's kinda everywhere" sapnap said watching as Karl's face fell.
"What?" He said his voice bearly a whisper
"Babe I'm sorry" sapnap said Karl waved it away walking out of the room going into their downstairs office which had a small couch he could sit on to think.
Sapnap sighed trying to follow him put saw that the door was locked, he walked away to give him some space.
