Just clearing up that sapnap calls Karl 'darl' allot and it's short for 'darling' I know how to spell.

It was the next day. Karl had woken up with a really bad head ache from last night.

Karl groaned putting his head in his hands. "I know darl I'm sorry" sapnap said stroking him back.

"Do you think you can stomach breakfast" he asked and Karl shrugged "maybe" he said. "I'll go get you some alright just fruit alright we can just stay in bed all day alright" sapnap said seeing as it was going to be one of those bad days it always was when Karl would get migraines in the morning.

He grabbed a fruit bowl and a bucket from the kitchen the bucket incase Karl needed to throw up.

He brought the items back to Karl handing him the fruit cup. Karl attempting to take a few bites. Not really able to do much.

"That's ok if you can't eat more" sapnap said but Karl was determined to finish it.
"Don't eat too fast baby you can take your time"

Yeah let's just say that didn't go well..

It only took 10 seconds for Karl to throw back up the fruit he'd eaten.

"It's ok at least you tried" he said stroking his back as Karl spluttered in the bucket he'd brought for him.

"I'm so annoying" he groaned putting his elbows on the rim of the bucket holding his head.

"I can't even eat fucking fruit without throwing up" he said. "I know baby but you're trying and that's what matters right" sapnap said rubbing his shoulders as Karl threw up into the bucket.

"I really don't feel good" Karl said a hand on his stomach rubbing his stomach desperately. "How so"

"My stomach keeps churning and I have like this weird pain here" Karl said gesturing to his chest. "Aww I'm sorry babe let me get you temperature ok make sure see if you are just sick " sapnap said as Karl would get sick allot from the lack of nutrients and vitamins in his body, placing a hand to Karl's clammy forehead before taking out a thermometer.

"98⁰, it's normal I'd say you have indigestion or something kind of makes sense" sapnap said lining his back with his hand.

"Sap- I'm going to be sick again-..." Karl said quickly pushing his hair behind his ears throwing up into the bucket.

"Oh doll c'mere" he said seeing Karl start to shake.

He held Karl in his arms tightly showering him in kisses.

"In going to go wash this out and get you some water alright baby" he said curling Karl's hair in his fingers and going to get the stuff Karl needed.

He came back with a fresh bucket and a glass of water. "Here hun take sips of this" he said. Handing Karl the water which he smiled at taking a small sip.

"Sapnap?" Karl asked twizzling his fingers something he did when he was embarrassed.

"Yes doll" sapnap replied. "I need to use the bathroom but I can't walk there" Karl said still picking at his fingers. "Of course darl there's no reason to be embarrassed alright of course I'll help you" sapnap said picking Karl bringing him there.

Time skip-- Karl does his thing then sapnap helps him go back into bed.

"Thank you" Karl said after sapnap got in beside him. "Of course baby I'll always help you" sapnap said

Karl put his head in his hands again "I don't deserve you" he says "baby it's ok" he says rubbing his back. "It's not ok I'm a shit boyfriend  I can't even stand long enough to take a proper shower I can't use the bathroom alone, you do all of this without complaining and I can't do anything for you or take care of you" Karl said.

"Karl I don't complain because there is nothing to complain about ok I love caring for you. Of course I want you to get better that's why I'm doing it ok' sapnap said having to recite something like this allot when Karl was at his lowest. "Thank you sap"  Karl said leaning against him "of course" he said putting an arm around them and the pair soon fell asleep cuddling each other little did they know what was going to happen that morning...
