TEJASSWI'S POV

I took a quick shower and sat down in front of the dresser. Karan wasn't in the room when I came out of the bathroom.

I didn't know where we'll be going so I randomly choosed to wear something casual. I wore a light grey trouser and matched with a simple black top. I put on my silver chain and earrings and wore my white shoes.

I was not a girl who loves loads of make up so I just put on a red shade of lipstick and sprayed perfume on my body and let my hairs remain straight naturally.

I went downstairs and made my way towards the kitchen. I went towards the fridge to take out some essential ingredients to prepare the breakfast but Karan stopped me.

Karan: Hey, what are you doing? You don't have to do anything, we will eat outside today, okay?

Tejasswi: Are you sure Sunny?

Karan: Yes, I'm pretty much sure. Let's go.

He took my hand in his and we both made our ways towards the Parking Area. He opened the car door for me and let me sit on the passenger seat and he himself sat on the driver's seat.

He started driving the car and I just sat there, having no Idea about where we were going. I was looking on the road when he cleared his throat and got my full attention.

Karan: You are looking beautiful Teju.

Tejasswi: T..thank you. It's just a casual attire..uhmm.. I didn't have any idea about where we are going so I just randomly choosed this attire because it's comfortable.

Karan: Yes, it's a simple but elegant. No matter what you wear, everything looks good on you.

I blushed when he complimented me. I thanked him once again and started looking outside the window because I was too embarrassed to look at him.

I was fidgeting with my fingers in nervousness as I always do. I felt a warm touch on my palm and when I looked at my hands, Sunny was holding my hand in his one hand. Oh my God!

Karan: Do I make you feel nervous ?

Tejasswi: Wh..what? Umm..no, I mean...uh...y..yes. A little bit.. I guess.

He chuckled at my stuttering and I mentally slapped myself for that.

Karan: You don't need to feel nervous around me wifey. We are husband and wife now, right?

Tejasswi: Y..yeah.

He kissed my knuckles, keeping his eyes on the road and then flashed a smile towards me, a genuine smile. He didn't leave my hand even for a second. His one hand was on the steering wheel and the other hand was holding mine.

We reached at a café and he opened the door for me like a gentleman. I came out of the car and held his hand as he was standing there extending his hand to hold mine.

As soon as I came out of the car, he closed the door and locked the car with remote control. He wrapped his one hand around my waist and we both entered inside the café.
