KARAN'S POV

I came out of my trance when I heard the door bell ringing in an irritating manner. Even Teju woke up from her sleep and immediately got up from the bed.

Karan: You take some rest baby, I'll open the door.

She nodded and I went downstairs to open the door.

As soon as I opened the door, I found Rishi's angry face in front of me. He was looking so much irritated. He tried to clutch my collar but I immediately grabbed his hand and crushed it so hard that his face started formed the sweat and creases due to pain. I dropped his hand with a jerk and turned my face and settled on the couch while he kept standing there, like a statue.

Karan: What happened Rishi ? Why do I feel like you are having trouble?

I said with a humour in my voice which he understood very well and approached me.

Rishi: Don't think you are smart, Karan. You might have stolen the footage but I have one more copy of the footage and you don't have any idea what can I do with you.

I stood straight in front of him, almost towering over him.

Karan: If you had another copy of the footage, you wouldn't be standing here. Don't use your little brain, it is too small anyway.

I chuckled when his forehead started sweating after hearing my words. I took one step closer to him and said.

Karan: You don't have any idea what I can do to you. I am silent only for Teju's sake otherwise, even I don't know what I would have done to you. Don't test my patience, Rishi. I will fucking destroy you.

I roared in anger and he gulped audibly and shifted his potato sack like body in fear.

Karan: Before I change my mind, get out from here.

I shouted on his face and he took two steps backwards when he looked at my angry face.

He was about to leave when I heard Teju calling my name and he stopped and looked towards the stairs.

Tejasswi: Sunny, why are you...

She stopped in between when her eyes fell on Rishi. Her face became cold as ice and it was visible on her face that how angry she was. She came downstairs and stood next to me, not shifting her gaze from Rishi.

Rishi: Teju, my child...

Tejasswi: Don't. You, Dare.

Rishi looked at her with confusion and his gaze shifted from her to me, for a moment. I smirked and he tried to act cool in front of Teju once again

Rishi: Teju, I came to...

Tejasswi: What are you doing here?

Rishi: Teju, I'm your father, How can you talk to your father like that?

Tejasswi: You are not my father. You are an animal who was trying to seek an opportunity to rape me, am I right?

Rishi's expressions changed immediately and he swallowed a thick amount of saliva.

Rishi: Oh, so your husband has already told you.

Karan: Yes, I was more than sure that you will try to manipulate her but this time I wasn't going to let your plan DC work.

Rishi became angry and ran towards Teju. She was hiding her sadness and fear but it appeared on her face as soon as that piece of shit ran towards her.

He was going to hurt her but It wasn't going to happen when I was there besides her. I grabbed him by his neck and pushed him against the nearest wall. He could see the rage in my eyes clearly. I tightened my hold around his neck and he started chocking but it's not like I care.

He started losing his consciousness and I wasn't going to let him go but Teju held my hand.

Tejasswi: Karan, he will die. Please let him go.

Karan: I don't care Teju, he deserves to die. How dare he hurt you? I tightened my hold more with each and every word but Teju stopped me once again.

Tejasswi: Karan, please don't do anything stupid. What I would do without you? If he'll die, the cop will arrest you and I need you by my side..please...please let him go.

I removed my hands and he fell down on the floor and started coughing. After few minutes of taking deep breaths, he finally looked at Teju and started standing once again.

Rishi: Teju...

Tejasswi: Get out from my house.

Rishi: Teju?

Tejasswi: I said, get out from here.

She said with an irritated voice.

Rishi: But..

Tejasswi: I said leave...now.

She shouted and he immediately left with a frustrated look on his face. I looked at Teju's face, she was on the verge of breaking down. A stray tear escaped from her eye and she was about to fall on the floor but I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her towards my chest. She melted into my arms and started sobbing once again.
