Brothers Best Friend

Chapter 1

*Jenna's P.O.V*

"It's so boring around here.", I complained to my mom. "Well maybe if you would help me clean you wouldn't be so bored.", she said. "Haha mom you're so funny.", I scoffed. All of my friends left for their summer vacations which left me all alone. I wanted this to be an amazing summer but by the looks of it so far this summer is going to be the worst one yet. I was brought out of my thoughts by my mom saying "Your brother is coming home today and he said he's bringing his friend Alec too." I've heard about my brothers friend Alec before but I've never met him. I know if he's like any of the other friends my brother has then I'm in for a miserable summer. I decided to go back upstairs to continue watching movies on Netflix but just as I got to the top of the stairs I hear a car door slam and my mother yells up and tells me to come back downstairs. I groan and make my way back down the stairs and just as I turn the corner to go into the kitchen my brother picks me up and starts to spin me around. "I missed you butt face.", he said with a smirk on his face. "Uh huh sure you did Kale.", I replied. "Now put me down I'm to heavy for this.", I added. He finally put me back down and I went to the kitchen where I heard my mom and his friend Alec. "Well I might as well get this over with.", I muttered. I walked into the kitchen just to hear my mom say, "Well here comes Jenna now." Alec turns around and I am automatically shocked. "HOLY SHIT HE'S PERFECT!", I say in my head. Alec stands up and walks over to me and says "Hey Jenna. I'm Alec, nice to meet you." I feel my face starting to warm up so I just say, "Nice to meet you too." Okay now he probably thinks I'm a creep but I'm still so shocked my brother just brought home the most perfect guy I've ever seen. Like how does my brother manage to get a friend like Alec?! Kale is strange and a loser and Alec is perfect. "Maybe my summer won't be so bad after all.", I mutter and lay back down on my bed.
