Chapter 6

Jenna's P.O.V

I've been laying in my room for about an hour now just thinking. Alec doesn't like me? I was sure he felt the same way. I guess not. If he wants to go hang out with his slutty ex girlfriend let him. I don't care.. Well maybe I care a little. I was brought out of my thoughts by hearing the door close downstairs. It had to be Alec. I got up off of my bed and walked over to my window and there he was. He looked perfect. "Jenna stop thinking about him, he doesn't like you.", I whispered to myself. She's so lucky to have him. She better be careful with him, were some of the thoughts in my mind. Then he looked up and he smiled a little. Crap he saw me. So with a sad look on my face I shut the curtains and walked back to my bed. What did I do to deserve this? Why doesn't he like me? I sighed and went to the bathroom and put on some sweatpants and a shirt. I sighed and laid back down and turned on Netflix. As I laid down I saw text messages from my friend, Jordan begging me to the mall with him. I sigh and type back "Okay ill meet you at mall in like 20 minutes." I got back up and changed into a tank top and shorts, then I put on a bit of make-up. I ran downstairs and yelled "Mom I'm going to the mall with Jordan!" She yelled back "Alright!" I grabbed my purse and my keys and I was off to the mall. I got to the mall and heard Jordan yell "JENNA!" I ran over to him and he pulled me into a giant hug. "Girl how are you?!", He said. "I'm good , how are you?!", I said. "I'm great!", He said. "So how are you and Kyle?", I said wiggling my eyebrows. Kyle is Jordan's boyfriend, they've been together for about 2 years now. "We're great!", He said blushing. "That's great! Are you ready to shop until you drop?!", I said. "Hell yeah girl lets go!", He said. Jordan and I walked around the mall occasionally going into stores. We talked about Alec and he told me not to worry too much about it, but how could I not? I think I'm in love with him and he doesn't feel the same way. We walked around until the mall was closing and we said our goodbyes. I got in my car and started to make my way home, I started to think what am I going to do if Alec brought her back to my house? I hope he doesn't. I pull into the driveway and I saw that there wasn't any other cars in the driveway and all of the light were off, no ones home. At least I get the house to myself. I go inside and go upstairs and change into my pajamas, and go back downstairs and heat up some pizza. I sit down on the couch and turn on the TV. A few hours later I hear the door open and I look up to see Alec, his hair is all messed up and his shirt is a bit messed up. My heart dropped. He slept with her. He took off of his shoes and looked at me and smiled and I rolled my eyes and ran up to my room, slamming the door behind me. I lay down on my bed and for the second time this week I cried myself to sleep. All because of Alec.
