Since it was 1:00am, the couple decided to munch on the stolen foods in Kai's kitchen. They could go somewhere real when they woke up.

11:00am. If they were going to eat somewhere, it would either be really cheap or nice food they could steal. Kai opted to steal. Now that he had a partner to do it, it may actually be easier.

Beomgyu offered to drive in his recently fixed car but it attracted too much attention in a city like this. Fine for going out for fun, not so fine if you're trying to stay hidden.

Kai told his heir to change into something that would conceal his face. It was getting colder outside. Beomgyu smirked at the scarf that was just used as a blindfold. He grabbed it then wrapped it up to his nose. The hood of the jacket went over his head. Only his eyes could be seen. "It's perfect."

Beomgyu dug around for another scarf while Kai put a similar outfit on. When they were fully changed, he asked "where are we taking from?"

"I was in the mood for french food. How does that sound?"

"Sounds great." They walked out hand in hand. Beomgyu was instructed to walk three blocks to the right then 5 blocks to the left. He would arrive at a french bakery with their speciality being maracons. There was boxes of them in the lobby as well as behind the case. Easiest thing to do was to create a distraction then slip a box into his pocket. He could also simply walk in, look around, wait for the cashier to get distracted and then slip the box. The issue with that one was determining how long he had to steal. Kai's last point was to keep his head down so security cameras couldn't catch a face.

The thief asked "so... you got it?"

"Got it."

They agreed to meet back at the apartment when they were done. Kai wanted to take him to one of the trails afterwards. Beomgyu kissed him goodbye and they split.

Kai jogged the mile to the french restaurant he had in mind. Very fancy, overpriced, and they were dumb enough to leave their delivery orders on a counter. He walked by the window slowly to get an idea of how busy the restaurant was. People kept coming in an out. It looked really busy.

He walked into the door and was greeted by the hostess. Kai pretended to be deaf so he started signing. He wasn't fluent by any means but he did learn a little from one of the homeless guys he used to live with.

The hostess, like most people, didn't know any sign language. She asked if he understood her.

Kai looked at her confused and kept signing. The girl put her index finger up and dramatically mouthed she would be right back. That was his cue to take a bag and leave. He had no idea what was in it but it was heavy. The girl came back with another employee, to find him gone.

Beomgyu walked to where he was told to. He decided to use the waiting method unless he got impatient. He walked in and began looking around. There were boxes of all sizes. The 6 count seemed the most optimal. 3 for him, 3 for his boyfriend. It occured to him that he had no idea what flavors Kai would like. Strawberry couldn't miss right? There was a box with a cookies and cream one. That looked interesting. Then he saw a mint chocolate one. That made him silently gag.

An employee noticed him walking around so she asked if he needed any help. Beomgyu got nervous. He refused to look at her then said "no but I'll let you know if that changes."

She cheerfully left. Another customer came in. It was a mom with two little kids. Her focus went to her new customers.

Beomgyu saw his window. He slipped a random box into his pockets and slowly made his way out of the door. That was easy. He began to wonder how Kai stole the more expensive stuff like the bag of jewels behind his dresser.
