12) i need a new phone

After Derek told me I was practically him soul mate, everything in my world shifted, but then I thought about everything kolby had ever said to me. He lied to me ever since I met him, I knew he was hiding something but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. I've known him since I was 4 years old, and have been dating him for 3 and a half years. Why did he do this to me? Why did he fucking bite me?

"Are you ok Anna? I can sense something is wrong" Derek says quietly as he watches me through his beautiful long eye lashes. "He lied to me, this whole time" is all I say before Derek raps me in his arms, giving me support. I feel the sparks increase at every touch I ignore them though to enjoy this moment for as long as I can. "Im sorry little wolf, but I promise you something, no matter how long it takes to have you, I will never lie to you. I've finally found you and I'm not gonna loose you." He says as he looks out into the field. I think about the nickname he have me, I couldnt help but smile at that.

"Little wolf?" I say with a small laugh, "yes well sorry but you are small, but yet your wolf, even now I can feel your power, you both are far from just regular wolves. Your special, I just wish I could figure out what it is about you. Do you wanna know what your wolf looks like?" I take this information in for a moment, im different? "Yes please" I say quietly, "can I ask you a question first? Did you dye your hair blonde? " He asks as he puts his fingers through my hair.

"Yea I did my original hair colour was a bloody red sort of colour. Kolby said he didn't like my red hair and thought it would be better if I dyed it blonde" I admit as he still holds me.

I heard a small growl coming from his chest as I said the last bit, "ima rip his head off, I asked that question, because your wolf, is both black and red, and your eyes were a beautiful green." Derek says to me. I let that sink in for a moment, but I couldnt enjoy this for much longer.

My phone starts to ring but it wasn't in my pocket. I got up to find my phone, I looked for a few minutes and noticed my clothes all ripped up, but my phone wasn't damaged.

I unlock my phone to see that I have 10 miss calls from Kolby, and 2 from stormy. "You should Probably call him back, he's worried." Derek says softly whispering in my ear, "he did this to me, he's not worried" I say as I call him back, one the second ring he answered, "omg Anna where are you? Are you ok? Why did you leave last night? Tell me where you are and I'll come and get you." He asks me as he slightly yells through the phone.

I dont answer for a minute, thinking before I tell him what fucking bastered he is. I took a deep breath for a minute, "it doesn't matter ill talk to you tonight, until then don't call me" I say as I hang up, feeling myself getting angry, the feeling increases and I smash my phone against a near by tree. The force had made the tree split in half. "What the fuck?" I screech jumping back nearly nocking Derek over.

"It's ok Anna, your strong, a lot stronger now. This is one of the things you will gain from being a wolf. Though now you will need a new phone" he says as he places his hands on either side of my shoulders, while looking at my now destroyed phone. I sigh quietly before I start walking down the track to where the party was last night. Turns out the place was actually cleaned up, surprisingly. I noticed a change of clothes hanging on a tree limb that looked like it would fit me. I grab the clothes and realised they were Stormy's clothes.

Walking out of Derek's view, I change out of Derek's clothes and into stormys.

I walk by the lake and give Derek his clothes back "here you go, stormy left me a change of clothes" I say softly. He grabbed the clothes from me and sat them next to him, "what do you want to do today?" He asks me, I sigh as I think of kolby and how angry he'd be right now. "I need to go home and figure this all out" I say watching the waterfall, Derek silently gets up, and gives me his hand to help me up. "Do you want me to come with you?" He says softly looking into my eyes. My eyes feel as if there trapped in his glance I couldnt look away, "thanks you Derek, but I'll be alright I need to deal with this on my own. But thank you for everything you have done for me" I thank him as I hug him, which he quickly hugs back, I take a deep breath of his scent in before letting go "there no need to thank me little wolf" I smile at his nickname  for me.

I walk to my bike and grab my helmet, "I'll see you monday" I say as I start my bike, "sure thing little wolf, be careful ok?" He asked watching me carefully, "I'll be fine, goodbye derek" I say as ride through the now muddy track and onto the highway.
