Chapter 2

Today went by as fast as it came. I was spacing out in class once again and Bachira's voice brought me back to reality. "Hey Yoichi.. my parents are out of town for the weekend and I was wondering if you wanted to have a sleepover at my place." I turned to him and said "A sleepover?" "Yeahh it'll be fun! I'm sure mrs. Isagi won't mind.. besides, I'll be lonely if I'm home alone for so longgg" He pouted at me and pleaded "Please please pleaseeee" I chuckled and didn't realize the words that came out my mouth the next few seconds "You're so cute" "H-huh?.." He looked surprised and I think I saw a slightly pink shade spread across his cheeks. "I- I meant sure! A sleepover sounds great.." I turned my face away since I felt my own cheeks were turning pink as well.

We were walking home and we parted ways once again. I told Bachira I'd be right with him after I pack my things so I had to get back home first. After I was finished packing, I told my mom where I was heading and went out. As I was making my way to Bachira's, I came to realize a lot of things about this sleepover. I'd be alone with Bachira.. in his house.. for a few days.. Holy shit. I stopped for a while cause I already felt my cheeks getting hot. When I felt ready, I rang the doorbell and as if Bachira was there the whole time, the door flew open the moment I pressed the doorbell. I jumped in shock and yelled "Holy shit! Bachira, what the fuck dude?! You freakin scared me." "Oops sorry Isagi! Come in, come innn" I followed him inside and made a face when I saw two other familiar faces in his living room. "Chigiri? Kunigami?? Bachira you didn't tell me they'd be here too!" Bachira stared at me and said "I didn't? Oh well" then he just shrugged. I was quite relieved that I wouldn't be all alone with Bachira but at the same time, somehow disappointed. "Sup Isagi" Kunigami greeted and Chigiri just waved. "You guys wanna watch a movie or something?" Bachira questioned and clicked the Netflix icon on his Tv. "Sure" Chigiri answered and we watched random horror movies until it was dark and Bachira said he didn't want to watch any more horror stuff now that it was nighttime.

Kunigami cooked us dinner and after we all ate, we changed our clothes and headed upstairs. Bachira wore a black hoodie, Chigiri wore pajamas that looked like silk, fit for a princess, and Kunigami and I just wore casual T-shirts. I helped Bachira set up the futons in his room since he wanted all of us to sleep in one room. "It'll be like you guys aren't here at all if you sleep in the guests room" He said pouting so we all agreed to sleep in his room. He was going to sleep in his bed and my futon was next to him, Chigiri was next to me, and Kunigami next to him. "You guys up for a game of truth or dare?" Chigiri asked. We all agreed and sat in a circle. "I'll go first!" Bachira stated. "Chigiri, truth or dare?" Chigiri thought for a moment before choosing truth. "Are you dating anyone?" Bachira asked. Chigiri blushed at the question. "Maybe.. Alright, I am" Bachira looked as surprised as I was. The only one who looked normal was Kunigami. "You knew?" I asked him. He glanced at the blushing pink haired boy and answered "Well.. Yeah" he said with a hint of hesitation in his tone. "Okay okay, my turn." Chigiri said before turning to me. "Isagi, truth or dare?" "Dare." Chigiri looked around the room before saying "Go downstairs and get me some snacks." He motioned with his hand to hurry up and I did as he said. I brought all kinds of junk food and took some Pocky out of my bag for Bachira too.

I tossed Chigiri the food and handed Bachira his favorite chocolate pretzel sticks. His eyes lit up and smiled such a warm smile it melted my heart "Thanks Yoichi!" I simply smiled back and sat down "You're welcome Meguru" I didn't notice Chigiri and Kunigami were staring and Chigiri already had a smirk plastered on his face until I took my eyes away from Bachira. I didn't even realize the blush that crept onto my face at the sight of Bachira eating the Pocky so happily like a little kid. Snap out of it Yoichi! I was kinda embarrassed when I saw Chigiri smirking and I shook it off by asking "Kunigami, truth or dare?" "Dare!" He said with enthusiasm. I chuckled and said with a grin "Style Chigiri's hair" I just watched there in shock as he did it so casually. To be honest, I expected Chigiri to be bothered by this a lot but he didn't seem bothered at all. I exchanged glances with Bachira and he looked like he had just as much questions as I did. Their friendship is so weird.. but kinda cute too. Kunigami braided Chigiri's hair and rolled it into a bun. "Alright.. Bachira, truth or dare?" "Hmm.. Truth!" Kunigami looked at Chigiri then back to Bachira "Are you perhaps.. Gay?" I waited anxiously for his answer and the next moment I felt like I wanted to be buried alive. "What?? Gay? Hell nah!" I felt like crying at that time but the next thing he said made me feel so much better. "I'm not gay, nor bi, but I'm pansexual though!" I felt like I held my breath for so long and that statement finally made me able to breathe again. "Someone looks relieved" I looked at Chigiri and he had that smirk on his face again. "Oh shut up." I didn't wanna admit I actually was relieved.

Bachira stared at me for a while and then asked "Yoichi, truth or dare?" I swear I could see Chigiri smiling from the corner of my eyes. "Truth." He then smiled and asked "Are you into anyone right now?" I blushed from the question, smiled at the thought of Bachira and said "Yeah.. I am" He suddenly looked taken aback by my answer. "Oh.. I didn't know." I knew Bachira better than anybody and his tone was off. If anything even, he sounded pretty sad. But I convinced myself I imagined it. "Why didn't you tell meee! You keeping secrets from me now Yoichi? You better introduce me to them next time. I wanna meet the lucky person." Oh Bachira, I wonder what you'd think if you found out it were you. What if you don't see me more than a friend? A few more truths and dares later we all got ready to go to bed since it was already so late.

A thud woke me up from my sleep and I opened my eyes to see that Bachira has fallen off of his bed.. and onto my futon. Right beside me. He slept so deeply he didn't even wake up. Perhaps he's used to falling off of his bed? I tried to sit up so I could carry him back to his bed but that just made me realize he already had his arms wrapped tightly around me. Figuring this was most likely a dream, I gave up trying. I kissed the top of Bachira's head and whispered "Sleep well Meguru" and went back to sleep with Bachira's face buried in my chest.
