Regulus knocked on James' door with Sirius by his side. James opened it and look surprised - and that ain't enough to describe it. "Regulus" James said, "I'm so sorry! I swear I didn't mean to-" "I know, but I have something to tell you" Regulus said and stepped past James into the familiar apartment where he lived only a week ago. Regulus walked into the living room. Sirius and James followed him.

Regulus looked into James' eyes. It felt awkward being with him. Regulus took the test out of his pocket and slowly walked over to James. He put the test in his hand, while they kept strong eye contact. Regulus then broke it and looked to the ground. James looked at the test and saw the two lines. His eyes widened and he looked at Regulus, but Regulus didn't look back at him. "I- uhm. I mean... The child deserves to have both of its parents, right? So maybe we should talk through it... and try again...?" Regulus asked. He hesitated a lot before looking back up at James.

James smiled and kissed Regulus' forehead, which sent warm waves through Regulus and made him blush. "I thought you didn't want to be with me?" James asked.

"Well, yeah. I didn't. My original plan was to make it seem like I was your imagination, but that didn't work. Then I thought I could never forgive you and moved to Paris. I found a nice lady called Marie Petit. I work for her now. I found out about the child yesterday and it had me thinking, if being single forever was the best option. I need you James. You can break me as many times as you please, I can't let go. But I don't want to live in this house. So like could we move to France?" Regulus asked.

"Yes, we can" James smiled. Sirius smiled. "I'm glad you could make it."
