(Don't mind me... I'm just gathering the stuff I needed to make a fire. So here it is! Enjoy! ^^)

"Hey everyone! I'm Chang'e! I'm so happy that I can finally see you in real life~!" She happily giggled, "when life is cooking, cooking is life~!"

The crowd too said her motto. After all, they are big fans of the moon goddess.

"Well looks like the other competitors has to up their game-" The commenters were suddenly kicked out of their spots and were replaced by the two demons who were once in the cooking competition.

"Because... this cooking competition is also being upgraded into a gruesome challenge!!" The orange demon exclaimed, changing any simple challenges made from the previous commenters.

"Meaning there will be distractions from preventing them from completing their cooking!!" The blue demon finished his brother's sentence. If you can't win, might as well jeopardise it.

From a distance that's away from the crowd, the lotus prince observed as the cooking competition unfolds. He then looks back at the girl who had returned from her journey.

It seems she was chewing on a red bean cake. She held up the paper bag towards him, "for you," she briefly said before proceeding to chew on her food again.

Prince Nǎ Zhā gratefully took the bag and saw the content inside.

A red bean cake.

He slowly took a bite and savours the flavour. Then a question appeared.

"Miss Lily?"

"Mmh?"

"Where have the two gone?"

Lily blankly stared at him before realizing who he was referring to, "Mr Mac said he has some unfinished business to attend to with Aunt Zhīzhū jīng. Hehe! I think they are going to deepen their relationship by going on a treasure hunt~!"

"Is that so?" 'Maybe once this is over, I'll bring back some of those novels she likes-'

"Yup! I saw him holding a map with these different types of colour with the same circle marks on it! It's pretty weird how it wasn't a cross..."

The lotus prince was frozen still. At once, he was checking his pockets as the ribbon patted some of the unreachable areas.

Lily watched him scrambling to look for something and was startled when he had gripped onto her shoulders. The unexpected closeness between them slightly made her cheeks warm.

"Please tell me that there was a fire symbol on the middle."

"Wow! How did you know?" She looks at him in amazement.

"Tsk. Somehow he managed to get it without me noticing it..."

Before Lily can ask him what he meant by that, the ribbon wrapped itself around her.

"Um... Uh.. Prince Nǎ Zhā...?" The poor girl was in confusion and what he said next didn't help either.

"We have to find Áo Li right now."

At once, the two made their way.

On the other hand, the demon monkey and spider demon almost had all of the rings.

The Spider Queen checks the bag, 'only one more to go...'

"I can't believe we managed to collect 4 already," she chuckled.

As they got the map from Nezha, the first ring was a bonus. The second one was from Sun Wu, and the third was easy to get since where Sun Wu was, was where Chang'e was. The fourth one was also not too hard to find as it was just buried close to the grave of the previous friend of the great sage. The last one was going to be a pain as it was in Nú Mówógn's sight at all times.

Now the couple were making a plan on how to get it without that demon bull noticing.

"Grab and run won't obviously work. We would be screwed if they caught us," she puffed in frustration.

"It will just have to do. Anyway, once they are onto our plan we would have already started the ritual. Then there is nothing to stop her." Zhīzhū jīng noticed Mac gritting his teeth, a flash of concern showed on her face.

He avoided her eyes. 'It's spreading...'

His body felt cold with each passing second. So once the ritual is complete, he'll be able to break free from his curse. The curse placed by that woman.

Mac's ears twitched and his tail lashed side by side, "less chatting. More moving."

The shadow portal opened and swallowed the two, teleporting them near the last ring.

. . .

The light steps echoed as they go down.

The tired scholar was carried by the big blue demon, who didn't mind the weight at all. Except for the stairs, which made the trip exhausting. Although, they quickly recovered from it.

While the dragon girl, demon monkey and bull, checks at the place.

"Woah... This place is pretty cool!" MK stated, admiring the floor which had a weird symbol on it.

"Of course it is! The mystic mountain is one of the most popular sites to visit!" Tang said, now standing on his own two feet.

Sandy was admiring the place before asking, "how come?"

The enthusiasm that filled Tang was shortly cut off by the bull prince who briefly replied that the mountain they were currently in was where the uncontrollable fire was sealed off and therefore preventing it from destroying the world.

The scholar saw a rolled up paper near the pedestal. Curious, he opened it and places it on the pedestal which causes the entire site of the Mystic Mountain to light up gold.

"Uh... Mr Tang? What did you do?!" MK asked as they all warily look at their surroundings.

"Me? I didn't do anything!"

"Oh so a piece of paper just magically made a bunch of light?!" MK eyed him, knowing full well that Tang was capable of enchanting spells.

"That's exactly what happened and you know it!"

"Guys? What are those things..?" Sandy alarmed them, causing everyone to looked at where Sandy was pointing at.

It was circle objects floating in the air that flew out from a bag that was also conveniently placed at the bottom of the pedestal...

They were rings of some sort.

Red Son's face dropped as he saw what the rings were shaped as.

'No no no no no.. It can't be...!'

(Er.. So... Um... Uh... Yeah. I'm starting to think I'm not doing that much on the focused ship. Buuut... It'll all work out later on. I hope. ._.

Also, I gathered all of the stuff I needed to make a fire now. Hope to see you all in the next chapter, 'cause things are about to buuuurnnn~!  >:3 )
