Mother Earth-
I lay my heavy limbs
on the earth
Let her take me in, entirely
as i take her in, too
with my every breath
I rest my tired body, and my face
on her mossy shoulder
As she carries me in my entire weight
effortlessly,
supporting my being
with a simple touch.
She makes me feel
and gives me fuel
like I am allowed to exist
UN A PO LO GET I CA LLY
-FOREVER
And as I put my hands upon the earth,
i reconnect with her,
with that which lays underneath
I connect with myself
Just so that I am
✧༺༻awakened ∞༺༻✧
to my humanity.
I am awake and I listen,
for once,
just letting myself be
with her
And I feel my heart out.
