Chapter eleven

The weekend with Gabriella went so amazing. It was perfect. It's been two days since Gabriella left and her absence in the house in killable. I talk to her daily over FaceTime because we've literally become best friends.

I was in my room reading a book when my phone screen lit up. It was a message from Isabel.

There is no refusing Isabel. I asked everyone if they wanted to join and everyone seemed excited to go though Atlas was a little hesitant. He said that none of us know Joshua and it's not a very good idea but Alex and Nick protested so Atlas had to agree to go. I decided to wear something pretty and so I chose this white dress that had light blue flower print on it, it was almost till my knees, with a heart neckline and slightly puffed sleeves.

Isabel picked us up at six and since we realized that all of us won't fit in, we took the other car as well. The drive to this Joshua's house was half an hour but after reaching there and seeing what an amazing party it was the drive was worth it. It was this massive house with DJ and drinks and so many people. Quite 'dope' as Isa said. Though none of us, except Isabel, knew who Joshua was.

It's been almost two hours, and I've danced, played games, danced more, had drinks, danced even more. It was pretty fun. Isabel and I sat down at the bar. It was soon enough she stood up and went away because Nick and her finally hit it off and were probably making out somewhere. I sat there alone as I saw Liam at a distance. He was standing with Jeremy and a few other guys I didn't know of. The bartender served me an iced tea as I sipped it looking at Liam who was starting to walk in my direction but was interrupted by someone. He seemed weirded out as that guy talked to him. I turned around to face the bar again and silently sipped my iced tea. A saw a man sit next to my chair, from the corner of my chair.

"Hello Natalie." I heard a voice next to me. I turned my head to see that it was the man we won the basketball match against. I felt uncomfortable with the way he said my name. I set my ice tea on the counter and stood up. But I felt a hand on my shoulder which pushed me down back onto the seat.

"Woah, Sugar. What's the hurry?" A voice from behind said. A tall, blonde man sat to the chair on the other side of me. I recognized both of them from the match that day. I saw more of his team members coming towards us.
