Chapter 16 The End

It is the 1st of March and my first official day as second in command. I was official welcomed into the pack last night, Cara couldn't make it home as she had mock exams today but she watched it live via Skype. I was sad she couldn't make it but understood, my parents, Zac and Luke came up to see the ceremony. I was right about my parents, dad found a job in a police station about 45 minutes drive from the pack house which he will official start at the end of April, they have asked Alpha Mika if they can join his pack and he said yes, I'm very happy that they are joining me, and they will get to official meet Cara at the end of March when she comes back for a visit, I'm going to take her to visit my old pack. I visited her on the way back from see Alpha Jason and Alpha Payton in January and let's just say we didn't leave the bedroom that weekend and have mated, it was so much better than my previous one, there was so much love, lust and trust, I really thought it would take me longer than a month to trust someone again, it got me thinking was I really mates with Paris just I smelt her but never got the sparks and fireworks I get with Cara, I guess I will never know.
In less than a year I went from a train wreck of a mate to the most beautiful and understanding mate, I wish I could have skipped the first part but maybe I needed to go through hell to find my heaven and if I get Cara I would do it every time.

3 years later
I'm 25 years old and I've just become a dad to twins!!!! A little boy called Rory and a little girl called Freya. Obviously myself and Cara are still going strong we were meant to get married but had to move it back as we found out she was pregnant and she didn't want to look like a whale walking down the isle, her words not mine so we have decided to get married on December 23rd the day we first smelt each other, 4 years to the day.
My parents are loving the easy way of life up here, all tho they are always busy with someone or doing something. Luke and his mate are currently working in the USA, Zac is still with Alpha Jason and Alpha Payton, he found his mate last year, Chloe is a lovely girl.  Oh Mika found his mate, a guy named Jax and he is big like mountain big was a surprise to everyone including Mika but Jax absolutely loves him....well most of the time.
