Anyone can give advice, but a real friend will lend a helping hand. ~Author Unknown

Brooklyn's POV-

I woke up to the sound of Lily's music blasting thoughout the apartment, "Lily! I'm trying to get some shut eye in her!" I yelled over the music.

"Brooke, it's 9:30. It's not that early," She yelled back and I groaned. Lily had always been a morning person. The exact oposite of me.

Wait... did she say 9:30? Crap! I need to get ready! I had like thirty minutes until Harry got here to help me with my bookcase. I jumped out of the bed and got into the shower. After that I ran a brush through my long brown hair and put it into a messy bun. I put on a long sleeved t-shirt and some black leggings. I walked into the living room and saw Lily laying on the couch working on something on her computer.

"Hey Lils, Harry is coming over in like 5 minutes to help me with something. You can stay but I'm just giving you a heads up," I explained as I plopped down on a chair next to the couch to wait for Harry.

She looked up at me and raised an eyebrow, "Oh so Harry's coming over now? You guys are getting pretty close if he's coming to the house now."

I rolled my eyes, "Nope. He's helping me with the bookcase."

She winked, "Sure."

After a couple of minutes the doorbell rang and I walked over the answer the door. Harry is standing there with two Starbucks coffees in his hands. He has on a grey v-neck tshirt and black jeans with a black jacket. Dang, he looked hot. I looked down and blushed embarrased for thinking that. I shouldn't being thinking things like that. I admit he was really attractive but I would never date him. Too much craziness comes with his lifestyle that I couldn't handle.

"Hey, I stopped by Starbucks and thought you might want something too," He explained.

"You have no idea how much I love Starbucks. No joke I wouldn't be able to live without it."

He laughed, "Spoken like a true college student."

"Is that Harry?" Lily shouted from the living room.

"Yeah. Harry this is Lily," I announced and Harry walked into the room. Harry waved at Lily and she blushed.

"I'm sorry for the mess, Lily and I have a habit of just leaving our things lying everywhere," I apologized.

"It's alright. I live around four other guys. I'm used to it."

Lily's phone started to ring and she answered it. "Hello?" She answered. "Yeah I will be over, Brooklyn can't come though she has someone over," She said eyeing Harry. "Ummm... I will just talk to you about it later. I will be over in 10. Bye!"

"Who was that?" I asked.

"Sarah, she wanted know if we wanted to go grab breakfast. I'm gonna go," She replied.

"Oh okay. Tell her next time for sure I'm coming!"

Lily nodded and headed for the door, "Bye! You two have fun."

The door closed and Harry turned to me, "So before we start on our fun little project, do you mind giving me a tour?"

"Umm yeah sure. It's not very big, but whatever," I explained. "That's the kitchen," I said pointed to the small messy kitchen connected to the living room. "This is the living room slash study." I walk over to the hallway, "This is Lily's room, and this is my room."

I opened the door the my tiny room. My bed was unmade, papers and clothes were laying all over the floor, and you could barely see my desk because it was barried under all my stuff. "It's a bit messy."
