My name is Victoria Summers. But people who are close to me calls me Tori. I am currently living with my only relative, Aunt Mia. She's the only family I have left after my parents died from a car crash last four years ago.
I will be turning eighteen three months from now and I have a pet dog named Bridgette. She is white and fluffy! This was the last birthday present that my parents gave me before they died.
We are currently living in the City. We've been living here for over a year already and it makes me sad when my Aunt wants to move us out of here yet again. We have no permanent address! Everything is all temporary and we've been moving from one place to another for roughly four years now. Aunt said she really had a great job offer from the place we are moving into and she just couldn't say no. She said she has been waiting for this all her life.
*knock knock*
"Tori? Can I come in?" Aunt Mia said while knocking the door.
"You may Auntie!" I permitted her to come inside my room.
"Are you done packing?" She questioned.
"Almost! Just needed to close the luggages and pack Bridgette's stuff then I'm done." I responded.
"We're leaving in an hour and it's going to be a five hour drive so kindly put your luggages into our car right after this."
"Sure, Aunt Mia." I answered her.
Next thing I know we are inside of our moving car and the city is slowing fading into the view. We are heading to the north part of our state and definitely entering a new one.
I was on my headphones listening to my playlist while looking out the window and just preparing for what will my life be when we arrive to our new place. I sighed and decided to take a nap since I was really tired from all the packing.
*After 5 hours*
"Tori, we're here! Look at this beauty!" My Aunt exclaimed.
I slowly opened my eyes and indeed, the house in the middle of the forest is beautiful. It's not that big of a house but it's amazing! Looks like my Aunt decided to be in the country side for the first time.
"Wow! This is beautiful! I replied. "It's feels like Romeo will show up soon to save me as Julliete." I chuckled.
My Aunt decided to rush over to the trunk and pulled out our suitcases.
"Is there any beasts out here? I see nothing but the woods and we're the only house in here!" I questioned directly to my aunt
"You're such a scaredy cat! No beasts in here!" We both laughed.
I was really in awe when I saw the house we're staying at. The house looked so beautiful! I fell inlove the moment I stepped out from the car. The only thing that I don't like here is we are surrounded by giant tress in the middle of nowhere! But the house itself looked simple yet stunning!

We made our way inside the house and I fell in love more! The interior is amazing! Everything looked so cozy and homey! Oh my gosh! I am in paradise! It's so peaceful here!
"There's four huge bedrooms in this house. You get to choose first!" My Aunt exclaimed. My eyes widened and I jumped to her and hugged her tightly.
"Thank you, Aunt Mia! You're the best!" I said excitedly.
I hurriedly went my way upstairs and started to check all the rooms available. After contemplating for about twenty minutes, I finally decided to choose a room that has a view of the forest. It has two large windows that has the most awesome view in this house. And I can't freaking wait to decorate it!
"So you finally chose huh?" My Aunt chuckled.
"Probably the hardest thing I did my entire life." I laughed. "It's so hard to choose because every room is uniquely beautiful." I added.
"You're right! That's why I allowed you to choose first so you could be comfortable in here. I know these changes will bring so much impact to your life and as much as I want to avoid this, I just can't." She smiled weakly. "Anyway, I will be reheating our left over pizza from earlier for dinner. I promise to go grocery shopping tomorrow! Be down in five minutes" She said while walking out from my room.
My aunt and I ate our dinner and decided to call it a day. I made my way back to my room again. I unpacked some of my stuff. I put all of my toiletries inside the bathroom and decided to take a warm shower. After that, I brushed my teeth and slammed my body into my bed.
"Oh crap! It's going to be my first day of school tomorrow! Arghhhh!" I whispered to myself.
Great!! Who will ever be ready for their first day of school in a new place? This is a small town which probably people knows each other already! I will be noticed easily! The thought of me going to my first day tomorrow in a new school horrified me.
I sighed. as if I have a choice. Before I go to sleep, I prepared my outfit so I won't have to panic tomorrow. I have picked out a white fluffy jacket, a black top paired with my black jeans and my white nike's.

After I laid out my oufit for tomorrow on the left side of my bed, I climbed up to it as well and dozed off.
