Part 12 - Truth or Dare

The sun is slowly setting. It's almost 6 o'clock. Everyone is now here on the deck. Drew decided to play truth or dare to kill some time since we still have plenty of time left. He grabbed a bottle and spins it. On the first spin, it landed to Angela.

"Truth or dare, Angela?"

"Dare"

"I dare you to twerk!" And we all burst out laughing.

Angela quickly got up and she tried so hard to look seductive but she ended up looking like a caterpillar. She was so bad in dancing!

Alec's body is vibrating on my back as he laugh and I was laughing along with the rest of them too.

"I love you babe but we've had enough! Now sit down! Our eyes are burning! That was terrible!" Jarred snorted. Angela sent him a playful glare and hit him on his biceps.

"Alright next!" Drew continued. He spin the bottle again and this time, it landed to David.

"Truth or dare?"

"Truth"

"Aw c'mon men! Don't be boring!"

"You asked me to choose and I chose to tell the truth"

Drew sighed. "Do you still think about her?"

"I do. Not a day goes by without me thinking about her." David responded.

It must be a very sensitive topic for David, everyone fell silent and no one dared to say anything. It was brutally awkward before Jake cleared his throat and grabbed the bottle from drew to spin it again. This time it landed on me.

"Truth or dare, Tori?"

"Dare" I proudly said.

"I dare you to kiss Alec" he ordered me.

Dang it! My eyes widened in horror as he finished his sentence. I never kissed anyone my entire life! What if I sucked at it! I saw Alec tense and he immediately object to Jake.

"Let's respect Tori shall we? You change your dare" he said.

"Are you scared Tori? It's just a dare!" Jake responded defensively.

Knowing me, I am very competitive. I will prove to anyone who challenges me that I can definitely win any game. I took a deep breath and Alec was about to contradict Jake again but I quickly faced him and push my face closer.

We are currently inches away and everyone just starred at us. Alec gulped and clenched his jaws.

I close my eyes and ready my self to kiss him.

"Tori, you don't have to do this. Not if you're not ready" he said while grabbing both of my shoulders.

I opened my eyes and I grabbed his shirt and kissed him. At first, he did not respond. He just froze and wasn't able to move. After a few seconds, he started kissing me back. Sparks exploded like fireworks everywhere. The tingling sensation I am feeling right now is beyond explainable. His lips tasted so sweet and it's so soft. We started kissing softly til we got really intense. He is starting to be aggressive a little and he's biting my freaking lips.

"Ewwww go get a room you guys!" Angela hollered while covering her eyes

We broke off our kiss instantly as we got interrupted by Angela. Both Alec and I are breathing heavily right now. I don't know how long that lasted but I know for sure it's longer that we thought.

"That was....." I said trying to ease the tension between us.

"Heavenly." Alec responded without me letting me finish.

"Wooooooah that was like a movie." Jarred added.

I burried my face to Alec's chest because I feel really embarrassed about what just happened. I can feel my face heat up and I'm probably looking like a tomato right now.

"Stop that Jarred! Look at her! She's now shy!" Elina laughed. "But I have to agree, that feels like a movie." She added.

Grrrr I continue to hide my face from everyone and Alec just let me do it and he just keeps on telling me that it's okay. That was really awkward for crying out loud! There goes my first kiss!

After finally moving on with what just happened to Alec and I, the boys decided to start the grill so we could all eat our dinner. They had planned to have a barbecue and some beers to start the night with. I just sat there listening to their never ending stories about their childhood and I can't help but notice a lot about each of them. Like Elina and drew. Yeah sure that they bully each other a lot but they are hella madly in love with each other. Angela and Jarred are a couple too they can't keep their hands to themselves. For Jake, he's the type of person who's very outgoing and a breath of fresh air in a room. As for david, he seems to be the quite one. And lastly, Alec is like the leader of this group. Whatever he says goes and everyone is talking so highly of him. I am sensing that's the reason why he is being called an Alpha.

I am slowly putting all the pieces together to finally prove to myself that my suspicions are true. Alec's eyes changed earlier when I tried to kiss him. Humans don't do that. I am very observant that I can really notice that slightest details around me.

I just remained quite as we all sat on the deck. Until Drew wanted to call it a night and reminded us that we need to leave at 6am and change to the pack house and go directly to school. School starts at 7:30 so we still have plenty of time to change and have breakfast. We all agreed and decided to go to each respective rooms.
