Narrators POV;
-------- June 12, 1991. (Tuesday)
10:20 pm
AFTER THE DAY OF THE KISS, SOME things got a little blury for Valerie.
•••• FLASHBACK
"Thank you Chris, today was really nice, again," Valerie smiled as she leaned against Chris's car.
"My pleasure, val," he smiled, kissing her cheek.
"See you tomorrow?" Valerie asked.
"You betcha," he winked.
Valerie was freaking out inside, but she had to keep it under control.
The minute she got inside, she started freaking out.
"Eddie! Eddie! Eddie!" She jumped around, "oh hi stone," she smiled, but then went back to eddie, "eddie!"
"What? What? What?" Eddie mocked her, laughing.
"Me and Chris fucking kissed!" She said out of breath, but still all jittery.
"Oh shit?" Stone laughed, "we saw that coming."
"Yea Val, I knew it was gonna happen," Eddie laughed along with stone.
"But it actually did! That's the fucking point!" She smiled as she sat on the couch.
"Jeez, you're happy, how?"

To say the least, Chris and Valerie flirted, almost constantly.
Including now..
"Whats your favorite flowers?" Chris asked, bouncing a ball off her wall.
"Rose's and daisys."
Chris chuckled, "what? Is your favorite flower rose because rose was named rose and daisy's because eliza liked them?"
Valerie stayed quiet for a moment, "my middle name is daisy, to."
"I was right?" Chris asked, looking over at her.
She was sitting up against her headboard, reading the book Chris got her whole Chris laid back with his legs against the wall and throwing the ball on the wall.
"Yea, half way."
"Wait, so your name is Valerie Daisy Vedder?"
"Correct," she nodded.
"So, daisy," Chris smiled, earning a look from Valerie.
"Don't call me daisy."
"Touchie," Chris teased, going back to look at her ceiling.
Valerie closed the book, sighing, "I finished the book."
"Was it good? Eddie helped me pick it out," Chris asked, looking back at her.
God she was gorgeous, he thought in his head.
"Amazing! It had so many plot twist and the girl had a live triangle with like.." Valerie stopped to count, "5 guys!"
"That's a bit much," Chris laughed.
He loved Watching her talk about thing she was excited with, she always got all bubbly.
"Yeah! I know, and guess what.."
"Huh?"
"They all found out! They showed up and she was kissing a new guy, it ended on a cliff hanger!"
"Jeez, she's messy," Chris laughed.
"I know right? I need to get the 2nd book, I'm dying to find out what's next!"
