In the hospital waiting room, Alana's heart raced as The doctor informed them Louis finally woke up and that only one person could go in at a time, leaving her torn between wanting to see Louis and knowing that Rhiannon eager to see her father, Robyn gently explained that they needed to give Louis some space to rest. Jack quickly came up with a plan to distract Rhiannon, offering to take her to the hospital cafeteria to get some ice cream. Rhiannon's eyes lit up, and she happily followed Jack, leaving Alana alone with Louis.

"I want to stay too." Charlie says looking up at Harry. Harry hesitated but agreed following the girl and the couple.

As Alana entered the room, her emotions were a whirlwind. Relief washed over her, but she couldn't help but feel a mix of frustration and hurt. She wanted to know why Louis hadn't told her about his health problems.

Alana sat down beside his bed looking at him. "Hey love-" he says but was quickly "don't- don't you dare say that to me right now. Did you know about your health problems?" Alana asked, her voice tinged with a combination of heartbreak and frustration.

Louis looked at her, his eyes filled with remorse. "I didn't want to burden you," he admitted softly. "I was scared and didn't know how to handle it. I didn't want to worry you."

Alana's frustration bubbled over, and she felt a surge of anger. "Louis, we're a supposed to trust each other," she said firmly. "Your supposed to tell me shit like this. What the fuck was I gonna do you just dropped dead one day. What am I supposed to tell OUR daughter!"

Louis nodded, understanding the weight of his decision. "You're right, Alana," he said sincerely. "I should have told you, and I'm sorry."

Feeling a mix of emotions, Alana took a moment to collect herself. She knew that their relationship was built on trust, and they needed to be there for each other through the good and the bad.

"I need you to trust me, Louis," she said, her voice softening. Louis nodded again, a sense of relief washing over him. "I promise, from now on, I'll be more open with you," he said, squeezing her hand. As they sat together, Alana felt a renewed sense of hope.

In the hospital cafeteria, Robyn and Jack sat across from Rhiannon, watching her savor her strawberry ice cream with delight. Robyn couldn't help but notice Jack's intense gaze at Harry, who was having a difficult conversation with Charlie. It was evident that Charlie was feeling sad and distant, not fully opening up to his father.

Knowing Jack's protective nature, Robyn leaned over and planted a tender peck on his cheek, silently reassuring him that they would navigate this together.

"He doesn't even know him," Jack mumbled, his frustration evident in his voice.

"I know, but there's nothing we can do now," Robyn said, her heart aching for Charlie's emotional turmoil.

"Yes, we can! We could march back to the courthouse and-" Jack's anger started to rise, but Robyn gently placed her hands on the sides of his face, trying to calm him.

"Jack, we have to trust the process," she said softly. "We'll be there for Charlie, no matter what happens."

Jack sighed, leaning his head on her shoulder. "I can't wait to get married and have our own family," he muttered, finding comfort in their future plans.

Robyn smiled lovingly, her heart filled with the same longing for a happy family life. "I can't wait either," she replied, her voice filled with affection. "And I promise, I will never let us end up in this mess." They both shared a knowing laugh "no shade." He added.

...

As Rhiannon dozed off, her little head resting on Louis' shoulder, Alana couldn't help but smile at the heartwarming sight. She cherished these precious moments with her kids, even amidst the complexities they were facing.
