Good luck
The final test.

"Nervous?" Bob asks as he looks over at Lucia.

Lucia looks over at Bob and nods.

She takes a deep breath as she looks at the jet.

"It's just a test. Like we always do, and we're going to do amazing," Bob says trying to reassure Lucia.

"Like we always do,"

Lucia smiles up at him.

Bob wraps an arm around her shoulder and pulls her into him.

"Take a deep breath,"

Lucia nods and takes a deep breath.

She rested her head on him as they watched the other aviator team take their flight test.

Just like Mickey, Bob knew how to comfort Lucia when needed.

Lucia loved the men in her life.

They were always there for her.

With her father passing at a young age, Lucia relied on her brothers and teachers to be the male figures in her life.

Bob was the big brother that she needed while being so far from her brothers.

"Razor and Bob," Hodo says as he approaches the friends.

Bob lets go of Lucia and they stand upright.

"You're next, get your jet ready and head down the taxiway,"

The sun hung low on the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow across the airbase as Lucia and Bob stood beside their fighter jet, their eyes fixed on the sprawling runway ahead.

The aircraft gleamed in the soft light, a testament to the countless hours they had spent preparing for this moment.

Today marked the end of the past few months of dedication at Top Gun Flight School.

Their final flight test.

Lucia took a deep breath, trying to calm the flutter of nerves in her stomach.

She adjusted her flight suit and double-checked her instruments, her fingers tracing familiar paths on the control panel.

Behind her, Bob was glowing with a mix of confidence and determination, giving her an encouraging nod.

"Hey," he said softly, catching her gaze.

"We've got this."

Lucia managed a half-smile, her brown eyes meeting his with a mix of determination and nervousness.

"I know, Bob. It's just... this test determines everything, you know? Our final score, whether we graduate together or not."

Bob's grip on her shoulder was reassuring, his eyes holding hers.

"We've flown this track countless times together, Lucia. We've trained for this. We're a solid team."

Of course, they were a solid team.

They're Bob and Razor.

With a nod, Lucia forced herself to push aside her worries, focusing instead on the task at hand.

She climbs into the cockpit of the aircraft while Bob prepares everything for take off before climbing in.

Taking a deep breath, Lucia puts on her helmet.

"Ready, Lucia?" Bob's voice came through their headset

Lucia gripped the controls, her fingers finding their places with practiced ease.
