All the students gathered at Jabberwock Park and saw the stage that was placed in front of the Clock.
"It seems everyone is here." Byakuya stated as he looked around and nods when he confirms that everyone was present.
"Ugh! What is it this time? So friggin' annoying..." Kazuichi whined as he scratched the back of his head.
"If you're just gonna whine like a little bitch then just leave." Fuyuhiko scoffed.
"Well... I don't know what'll happen to me if I don't come so..." Kazuichi laughed nervously but he was not wrong.
It was very clear from what they saw yesterday that Monokuma wasn't playing around and punishment means death and nobody wanted to die.
"Then why don't you test it out for us? That way we can finally know, or are you too much of a chicken to try?" Fuyuhiko insulted Kazuichi, seemingly of no reason.
Raku sighed as he knew why Fuyuhiko did what he did. All it was to look down Fuyuhiko's hand which tried to hide in his hip, clenched tightly and trembling subtly.
"Hey! You can act as tough as you want but you wouldn't be here unless you were scared too!" Mahiru being the righteous soul she is, pointed out Fuyuhiko's misbehavior. "I guess even a big bad yakuza like you must've been scared of that monster, huh?"
"What the fuck did you just say!?" Fuyuhiko yelled at Mahiru, showing her his fist.
Mahiru didn't falter, she moved forward, showing she was not afraid and was willing to stand by her words. The two were about to butt heads but Raku intervened just at the right time.
"You guys really need to learn to relax." He said pushing the two away from each other, Mahiru didn't put up a fight but Fuyuhiko kept on so Raku had to hold his shoulder. "Kuzuryuu, we're all shaken up by Monokuma, there's no need to feel ashamed about it. We're all friends here, aren't we?"
"Friends?! Get it through your thick skull already you bastard! I'm not anyone's friend and neither are you! We're just a bunch of strangers stuck in this damn island!"
That's the worst possible thing you could've said right now, Kuzuryuu.
Everybody began to take steps away from each other and suspicious gazes were thrown left and right. The doubt that caused their initial scattering resurfaced with Fuyuhiko's words.
Fuyuhiko realized what he just did, it took him a few moments to decide what to do next but when he did, it threw everyone for a loop.
Everyone wanted him to say deny his own words, they hoped he would. But instead he grinned and said...
"... I can do it, y'know."
"W-What did you just say...?" Mahiru said, with evident fear and distress in her tone.
"I said... I can do it." Fuyuhiko gestured slitting someone's throat. Everyone froze, they instinctively took a step away from him. Raku sighed as he did the same.
"You see... I live in a completely different world than you bastards. Kill or be killed. That's the kind of world I live in."
Kuzuryuu...
Raku understood what he was trying to do. He was using fear to calm fear. He could do it and so no one would get close to him, he was safe and didn't need to fear others because they would fear him.
However is that really all?
Kuzuryuu... I know what you're trying to do and there are benefits to it but it's even more detrimental to you. So I'll throw you a bone and I hope your a big enough of man to take it.
