Some days after the incident was the award ceremony of the Magic Games, when almost everyone felt well again, and I say 'almost' refering to everyone except Natsu, who hasn't woke up.
Fairy Tail won in first place, Sabertooth in second, Lamia Scale in third, Grim Pistols in fourth, etc...
We returned home and leave Natsu on the infirmary, well by we I referred to all the guild except me, I'm always by his side.
I had notice that when I leave him, even if it is for going to the bathroom his temperature rises again, so I have to be the most possible with him.

It's been a week since the magic games finished and Natsu hasn't woke up, I'm worried about his health.
"Lucy-san, you must rest" Wendy says as she enters the room bringing me food
"I can't, Natsu gets worse the moment I leave him"
"I'll take care of him while you're gone"
"I... I can't"
"Well, at least go to the bathroom and wash your face, it'll only take some minutes."
".....Okay"
I go to the bathroom, I'm washing my hands when I hear Wendy shouting
I go running to the infirmary to find Wendy on the floor and Natsu gone.
Gone!
"Wendy, what happened?"
"Natsu-san suddenly woke up, but he wasn't the same. He was going to attack me but then he run away."
"What? I shouldn't have leave him." I said as I start to cry
"Please Lucy-san don't cry, is not your fault I should have stopped Natsu-san."
......
I sat all day in the guild waiting to see if Natsu came back, but he didn't
I returned to my house really depressed. Happy came with me and he was also depressed. He slept immediately and I sat in my bed starring at the moon, but then I got an idea.
"I open thee, gate of the lion. Leo" I said quietly.
"Hi Lucy, what do you want this late at night?"
"Do me a favor Loke, can you find Natsu? Don't fight him nor talk to him, juat find where he is, come and tell me, okay?"
"Yes Lucy, don't worry I'll find him"
That night I couldn't slept, I was really worried about Natsu, since I didn't told anybody about the 'Help me' he mmumbled befor fainting.
