Virender smiled as usual and nodded his head in agreement and said, "you can take this project, it won't give you profit in a short term, but in the long run you will get benefited," and Ishika widened her eyes in disbelief and asked, "are you out of your mind? You have been working on this project for a long time."
"They are scared, they are normal people, not warriors, they don't know how to fight, my head warrior will be there, but my ministers are still not in a state to help them," said Virender.
"If I would have asked something else, would you have given?" asked Ishika.
"I will take my leave," said Virender without replying to her question and started to leave.
"I need some staff and teachers for my school," said Ishika, and Virender stood in his tracks and said, "that I can do, let's discuss it in your cabin," and walked out.
As soon as they reached Ishika's cabin, Jayesh came and opened the door for them. Virender turned towards Jayesh and asked, "what qualification are you expecting and what other positions have to be filled?" and Jayesh gave him the file and Virender looked at it for some time and took the notepad from Jayesh's hand and scribbled something on it and said, "I think your work is done, if they don't agree to work for you, you can use my name or call the last number, he will convince them," and left from there.
Ishika took the notepad forcefully from Jayesh's hand and smiled looking at his handwriting and said, "start working on it," and thought, "I lost one diamond, who never backs off from helping others."
"Ishika, let's go home, I am feeling hungry, I asked them to make special dishes for us as we got the new project," said Devjit.
"That was the old one only," said Ishika, rolling her eyes.
"But now we don't have to share our profit with others, we will work and we will enjoy the profit, we don't have to listen to others' tantrums, like we don't know about new technology or new equipment," said Devjit excitedly.
"Dad, are we really going to take that project?" asked Ishika, looking at Devjit's excitement and he nodded his head as yes and said, "you don't know how rich we are going to become in two years, I think you have not heard him properly, otherwise you would have run to celebrate your victory."
"I think I am missing something here," said Ishika, looking at him suspiciously.
"Whatever it is, we are going to have lunch together," said Devjit, holding her hand and walking towards the car.
"Sundar, from the past one week, I have been explaining to you the work, but still you are not able to catch it, don't you know we are on a trial period for one month and we have to complete the sample on time," shouted Ishika.
"I apologize, but I think we are missing something here, every time we complete one task, we get an error," said Sundar.
"I think I came on time, the king was saying you are facing some issues with it," said the voice and both turned and saw Virender standing there. Virender came and was about to ruffle Ishika's hair, but she moved away from him.
"I am sorry, I am behaving like a teenager," he mumbled and walked towards Sundar and said, "take me there, let me see what is the error," and Sundar took him inside the office, while Ishika walked towards the window and started looking outside.
After some time Virender came inside and said, "that problem is solved, he won't come to you again, I forwarded my number to him," and Ishika just hummed.
"I really appreciate that you gave shelter to my people, they will move out in one month, we have build some houses for the families, but the palace was turned into ashes, so it is taking some time to rebuild it, we are planning on building hospital and schools there, it will take some time to settle, but I know they will do that," said Virender.
