"Subodh, where is Jayesh? I asked him to be with me all the time, ask him to be here, I need to give him some dictations, he has to send some mails," said Ishika, walking outside.

"Where are you going? You don't have permission to go out," said Subodh, coming beside her.

"How is our security system? Are our warriors patrolling at the borders?" asked Ishika, walking towards the gate.

"Princess, you are not allowed to go there, the king will scold me," said Subodh.

"I see people doing farm work there, but I don't see any warrior, Subodh, isn't their security our first priority?" asked Ishika, walking out and Subodh looked at the farmers confused and said, "there should be two warriors around them," and looked here and there, but found no one was there.

"Subodh, call the warriors, there is something moving around that tree and ask them to go inside, if something happens to these farmers, Veer is going to go crazy," said Ishika and Subodh looked at where Ishika was seeing and saw something moving and shouted, "run inside, there is danger lurking," and they looked at Subodh and Ishika. Ishika dialed Devjit's number and said, "I think they are here dad," and Devjit said, "don't move from your place, today I am going to kill them all," and the call got disconnected and Ishika looked at it confused.

"Princess, let's go inside," said Subodh and suddenly the arrow came from nowhere and was about to hit Ishika, but Subodh made her dodge.

Devjit with his warriors attacked the attackers from behind and killed them all and Ishika stood there looking at them in shock, when they thought they killed everyone, Subodh and Ishika started walking inside, as Subodh was still not sure they all died, he started walking covering Ishika's back fully, when the arrow hit his neck and he fell on the ground crying in pain.

Ishika looked at him in shock and bent over to look at him when another arrow fell beside her.

"Princess, run, don't worry about me, I will be alright," said Subodh.

"No, I can't leave you here to die, let's go inside," said Ishika, helping him come to his feet.

"Princess," said Subodh and was about to fall as he lost his balance and another arrow hit him in his stomach.

"Dad, the arrows, Subodh is severely hurt," shouted Ishika and Devjit looked here and there, but found no one and he signaled his warriors to search for the attacker and ran towards Ishika.

The other warriors shifted Subodh to the hospital, while Devjit took Ishika with him.

"How can they attack when I was not here, how did the information leak outside?" shouted Virender.

"We are looking for the mole," said Devjit.

"No dad, Ishika is not safe here, I want to shift," said Virender.

Ishika held his hand and said, "nothing happened to me and now don't talk about moving away from here, I saw your people are mingling with our people. We can't disturb their lives again."

"Ish, we can't stay here waiting for someone to attack again," said Virender.

"I promise no one will attack her again," said Devjit.

"Last time also, you said the same," said Virender.
