~Chapter 11~

A/N I just realized that my whole time line is off. That this book is taking place a bit before actual events. For now we will have to deal with it but when I get through to fully editing this book I will try to change it. I apologize.

I hope you are all enjoying the story so far! I'm working so hard with it. And I'm glad Leo is a bigger part of the story now.

It had been a full day since I hung out with Leo and I was already missing his jokes. I had slept almost the full day due to the effects of the alcohol. I was still sitting in my bed because I had just woken up. With each passing minute I did everything I could to try to remember the prior night. Though I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard a knock on my door. I grabbed my robe and made my way over to the sound.

I wondered who it would be. I considered Linda. I unlocked the door and opened it slowly. I was met with a pair of brown eyes. The girl staring at me was short with really long dark brown hair. She looked so familiar yet I couldn't quite place my finger on it. I was cut off from my thoughts when she spoke.

"Oh my gosh, Isabelle! I finally found you! I must say you are a hard person to find. I'm so glad I have found you! Because I have some very important news to tell you." The girl, who was probably my age, spoke quickly and seriously. There was a tone of sudden urgency in her voice.

"I'm sorry," I apologized. I racked my memory for who this girl was but couldn't remember. "Who are you? I know o have met you before but I can't see to remember where." I explained to her.

"Of course!" She seemed to tell herself. "You might want to sit down. This is a long story." I lead her in to my apartment and we sat down on my dark chairs. "Isabelle, I'm Izzy, your best friend." When she said this everything came flooding back to me. From my birthday to time travel to my arrival.

"Oh my gosh! Izzy! How did you get here? When? Why? Where?" I just kept questioning her.

"Don't worry I'll explain. Just let me talk. I think I'll start at the beginning, with you. So pretty much I sent you back in time, right. Well in order to send you back to a time period before your birth I had to send your parents back to a time where they existed. Since your parents were born before 1995 I was able to send them here prior to sending you. That way they would exist here with two selves. They're past selves from now, which almost 10, and their future selves, which are 48. Because they are able to live here (under alternative names) but still in their older bodies, I was able to send you here to a time where you originally didn't exist. But what I just learned is that their two selves will merge. So they will become one body. If I plan it right, it will be their older body. But this will not affect you. The other thing which I only learned today is that you will lose all recollection of your future encounters from your original birth year up until you got settled here. This in my opinion is good because it means that you can't mess to much with the space time continuum."

I just sat there trying to process everything that I had just been told. "So you are telling me that my parents are here? Like in this year? Can I see them?" I asked with a sound of hope in my voice.

"Unfortunately no. Just because they are 'merging' with their current selves and after that happens I can't guarantee that they will remember you or that you seeing them won't mess anything up. I'm sorry about that though."

"Oh, I understand. That is ok. If you don't mind me asking how did you get here?"

"Same way as you. I did the same thing with my family. I knew that if you altered the future to much the only way to ensure my existence was to come here with you. I needed to let you know of the outcomes and I figured that I owed you an explanation." I looked into her eyes and smiled at how much she had given up for me.

"You are the best friend ever." I wrapped her into a big hug. "Will I ever see you again? After today, that is."

"No most likely not. Unless there is an emergency. But I should go now, if I have anything else to tell you about that is urgent I will be sure to contact you. Bye Isabelle."

"Bye Izzy! Thank you." She just nodded and headed towards the door. But suddenly turned around.

"You might want to check you notifications. I think that you may have some exciting news from James Cameron." It was then I snapped back into the reality of my auditions. I went to wave goodbye to Izzy but she had already vanished. I couldn't believe what had just happened.

I went to check my email for notifications from James Cameron. My heart pounded when I saw one. Fearing a negative outcome my palms started to sweat and felt my body temperature rise. I carefully clicked the message. While doing so I could feel my whole body shaking, the suspense was growing. A millisecond later my eyes started darting across the screen, reading the message.

Dear Miss Isabelle Sage and Mr. Leonardo DiCaprio,

On behalf of myself and my team I would like to inform you that you have been selected to play Rose DeWitt Bukater and Jack Dawson in my film, Titanic. We all agreed that you two work so well together and have that connection that I wrote between Jack and Rose in real life. The flight to the studio in Mexico leaves in three days. I have mailed your tickets to your addresses. When we arrive on set I will fill you and the other cast members in. If you have any questions feel free to let me know.

I am so honored to have this opportunity! I can't wait to start filming with Leo, I know that we can accomplish your vision for this movie! You can expect me on that flight to Mexico! If you don't mind me asking how long will filming last for? Just so I can plan ahead. I will see you on Wednesday. Thank you again.

I sat there for a minute waiting for a potential response, though expecting it to be a while. But before Jim could respond Leo sent his reply to the news.

Dear Mr. Cameron,

Thank you so much for this. I am looking forward to working with you. I believe that Titanic will amount to something huge. And as Isabelle said 'I can't wait to start filming with her'. I know she is an amazing actress and will really be a big piece in the movie. I appreciate the flight down there and you can expect to see me there! I am looking forward to seeing you again.

Dear Miss Isabelle Sage and Mr. Leonardo DiCaprio,

I am glad to hear that we can expect the both of you on Wednesday. I know the whole team is looking forward to meeting you two. I believe that your connection outside of this movie will help your performances. And to answer you question, Isabelle, we will be filming for approximately 8 months but it could be more or less.

So I would be leaving on Wednesday. That left me 2 days to prepare. I would need to pack a good amount of stuff but I kept in mind that I would be provided with stuff and could always buy new. I also needed to arrange pet care, this would most likely be Linda. Along with that I would need to completely memorize the script. Knowing myself I could do it all easily if I tried hard enough. I had a strong motivation to get it all done. And that is exactly what I did. Over the following days I got all my affairs in order to leave. Copper was to stay with Linda, my suit cases were filled to the brim, and I could complete a good amount of my lines by heart. Of course with a movie that long it would take some time to get to 100% but I was on the correct track.
