~Chapter 14~

At six o'clock I made my way down stairs. I had on a light purple tank top and yellow shorts. My long golden brown hair was pulled back into a tight side ponytail. I had on a pair of brown flip flops. I was slightly nervous to meet the rest of the cast. Though I was sure it would be great.

When I walked into the Lobby I saw the gazes of a tall man with dark hair and dark eyes. He walked up to me and waved.

"I'm Billy Zane, it's a pleasure to meet such a beautiful woman." I blushed at his compliment. "You must be my fiancé." It took me a brief moment to process what he said but after I realized he was talking about the movie I released the breath that I didn't know I was holding. He seemed nice. I was quickly pulled away to face two women.

"Hey doll! You must be Isabelle! I'm Kathy! I hope you are as exciting as me for this movie! I see you already met Leo. He is a looker, isn't he?" She said in one long breath.

"He is pretty easy on the eyes." I whispered. Then just as I was about to say how excited I was for the movie Leo interrupted our conversation.

"Ohhh! Are you saying I'm attractive, Loudy?! I know most girls li- wait no love me, but never did I expect to hear you say that." Leo said while looking down at me. I could feel our height difference.

"First that isn't very humble of yourself." I started to say.

"But it's true." He tried to defend. This whole time Kathy stood there patiently.

"Sure," I rolled my eyes, "but second I did not say I was attracted to you. Just that you aren't ugly." I scoffed at him. He just went on talking about how all the girls love him, which I knew wasn't a lie. You would rarely come across a teenage girl who was not convinced she was in love with him and would marry him someday. From what I recall of my past/future life I was one of those girls but after I got to know him I got my priorities straight. I knew how successful my job could be if I worked for it. I didn't want any feelings for Leo to block that. Of corse he is the best best friend and co-Star ever though I don't want to force anything that was not meant to be. Maybe if I am meant to be with Leo he will make the first move. When playing the matching game, memory it is smartest to make the last move. You have a higher chance of finding a match because you got to see the other players moves. Whether this should or should not be applied to love it was my motto now, and I intended to stick to it.

We continued to mingle. I had gotten around to meet everyone but Victor Garber. I was heading over to talk to him when Jim whistled to gather everyone's attention. We all took a seat around the table he had prepared in the conference room we had been lead into a moment prior.

Jim stood in front of the room. "It's good to see all of you tonight! We hope you are enjoying your stay here. If you haven't met me or don't recall who I am, I am James Cameron though I would prefer it if you called me Jim. I will be your director for our movie, Titanic!" The room broke into a chorus of cheers. "To start us off tonight I am going to be reading the cast list so you know who everyone is. As Jack Dawson we have Leonardo DiCaprio and as his co-Star and playing Rose, Isabelle Sage. Billy Zane will be playing Cal Hockley. Molly Brown is Kathy Bates. Thomas Andrews is Victor Garber." The list went on a bit longer. And with each name he read aloud my eyes matched it to a face on the room. He then continued on, "tomorrow we start at seven and I am having our designated driver take us to our set. There everyone will be fitted for costumes and we will do some practice runs of the script. If anyone has any questions at all please let me know. Thank you for being here, now let's make some magic." Once again the room was filled with cheers. I was excited.

People, including Leo, started exiting the room. Though I ran up to Victor Garber and stick my small hand out. In reply he gives me a firm handshake.

"You are Isabelle, right? It is a pleasure." He said while smiling at me.

"It is a pleasure here, too." I told him. We talked for a moment about the movie before we were interrupted by an uncontrollable yawn. As I yawned I felt tired.

"You better get to bed if you want to be rested tomorrow. I'll see you later, Isabelle." He responded. I nodded and waved bye. Before heading back to my room to drift into a night full of vivid dreams.

A/N

I am sorry for the massive delay and short chapter. I need a minute to rethink this story a bit before I get back to constant scheduled updates. But I will come back! I hope you are enjoying it!
