"WHAT?" "WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO?" I questioned my father as he began to gear up and head out to the deck. "I mean no. you're not going fallon, you just had a panic attack." he went on as I chased after him. "I've been cleared to fly sir." I declared becoming more formal as we approached the team. "By doctors sure, but not by me and I say you're staying on deck."

"And I say that's bullshit."

He laughed at his outspoken daughter, "Well you're gonna make yourself useful and go to the carrier and help from the control room." he told me with stern eyes, telling I wasn't winning this match. "But sir–That's an order.'' He cut me off as I folded my arms, earning a look from the Rooster telling me to drop the subject as well.

Everyone was on the carrier, currently being sailed into the ocean for the mission. The ship was huge, but it still felt cramped, and stuffy. I couldn't see a dry face or neck in the group- including myself. My dad stood at the front, with Admiral Simpson only a few feet away.

I was sat in the back of the briefing room on a comfier wheeled seat, watching down the aisle, with my legs crossed. Bradley was standing on the aisle seat of his desk, hands clasped behind his back. Knowing Brad for as long as I have I couldn't fail to notice his fidgeting.

"Each one of you represents the best of the best."
Bradley turned his head ever so slightly and I knew it was for me. I smiled a little. I could tell he was nervous but he was ready, nervous but not afraid. He was all I could think about and it was comforting to know he was thinking about me right now.

"This is a very specific mission. My choices are only a reflection of that, and nothing more."

You could practically feel the tension from my father. You could feel the tension rising even more in the room. Everyone was standing, nervously but bravely attempting to not freak the hell out. I don't I had ever felt so nervous in my life, and you weren't even option, which I'm beyond shitty about.

"Choose your two teams." Simpson interjected. There was a collective pause. A holding of breath.
Everyone stilled. Like if they moved or even blinked the world would end.

"Payback and Fanboy. And Phoenix and Bob."

I smiled proudly for them. They deserved it so much. They're worked hard during there training. I saw them exchange a brief look. But now it was to Bradley and Hangman. I clenched my fists, my heart practically pounding out of your chest about to burst.
