A little girl was outside, skipping through the forest. She had some part of her red hair (actually orange) tied into two small braids on both sides of her head, while the rest of her hair is tied into a mid-high ponytail as the braids connected to it. She also has blue eyes, as she is currently wearing a simple soft maroon shirt and brown skirt with boots. Suddenly, she heard rustling making her scared as she looked around. Her father has told her and her brother about dragons, and how big and scary they can be, her breath hitched as she trembled in fear, as she slowly walk backward's to her home while the noises continued. A small roar was heard as a creature popped out, making her fall on her butt and cover her face. But nothing happens, the girl was confused, as she cautiously peaks through her hands to see what it is. It was a beautiful white pearl-colored dragon, but it was not big, nor was it scary. In fact, it was small, meaning it was young as it was curiously looking at her with its beautiful light lilac eyes, as it sparkled in curiosity of the young human girl in front of it. It slowly walked up to her face and sniffed her, making the girl back away nervously. The little dragon tilted its head at the little girl.

"H-Hi..." She said nervously.

The dragon went up and licked her face, making her laugh.

"Hey! That tickles!!"

"Valerie!" A male shouted, making the dragon scared, and run away.

"Wait!" She called out, but the dragon was already gone, as a man with the same hair color as her and green eyes found her.

"There you are!" He said, as he went up and gently picked her up. "Me and your brother were so worried, why are you here?"

Valerie was quiet, not sure what to tell her father, before answering

"I-I wanted to explore." She lied.

"Well, next time be careful not to wander off to far and let me know."

"Yes Dad."

"Now come on, let's go home." He softly said, as he carried her back to their home.

Valerie looked at where the dragon went as they left.

'We'll meet again one day.' She promised.
