(HTTYD) Flying And...Magic?!

A lone, battered ship is pulled into a slip, loaded with completely defeated Vikings. A Viking at the dock offer's his hand to help them get off the ship as they got out, one by one. Stoick walks past Gobber, as he looks at the trashed ship

"Well, I trust you find the nest at least?" Gobber asks.

"No even close." Stoick said, as he walks past.

"Ah, excellent." Gobber said, sarcastically as he walks with him.

"I hope you had a little more success than me."

"Well, if by success, you mean that your parenting troubles are over with, then...yes." Gobber said, as he grab's his shuffle bag, sharing the burden, while Stoick looks questionably at him.

"Congratulations, Stoick! Everyone is so relieved!" A female Viking said, as she and a group of merry villagers rush past them.

"Out with the old and in with the new, right?"

"No one will miss that old nuisance!"

"The village is throwing a party to celebrate!" 

Stoick is stunned, overwhelmed by the insensitivity.

"He's gone?" Stoick asks.

"Yeah...most afternoons with Valerie, but who can blame him? I mean the life of a celebrity is very rough, they both could barely walk through the village without being swarmed by their new fans." Gobber said, confusing Stoick.

"Hiccup?"

"Who would've thought, eh? He has this...way with the beasts."

"What about, Valerie?" Stoick asks, receiving a laugh and a pat on the shoulder from Gobber.

"All I have to say is that girl has a fire in her, all the boys around the village are swooning over her, she definitely is a fighter." Gobber said, as Stoick smiles after hearing everything.

Hiccup and Toothless are currently soaring through the blue sky, clouds, and mountains. The land miles below them as Valerie and Starlight above them, looking down at them.

"Let's see how this goes." She said.

"Okay there, bud, we're gonna take this nice and slow, here we go, here we go." Hiccup said, as he look's at his cheat sheet with several tail positions, attached to the saddle. "Position...three, no, four."

He presses the pedal, causing the tail to open up, they roll off into an arcing bank gloriously lit by the late afternoon sun. Hiccup watches Toothless every fluctuation, trying to match it with the prosthetic.

"Alright, it's go time, it's go time." Hiccup muttered, as they dove down near the water where an arch stands in front of them. "Come on, buddy! Come on, buddy!

They successfully pass through the arch, as Valerie and Starlight smiles.

"It's working." She said.

"Yes, it worked!" Hiccup cheered.

The triumph is short-lived, as they smack into one of the several sea stacks, making Valerie and Starlight cringe.

"Ooohh." She said, cringing.

"Sorry." Hiccup said, as Toothless let out a huff before they hurtle into another rock pillar, causing Toothless to grumble. "My fault."

Toothless swats him with his ear plate.
