[Natsu]
I was so upset about what had went on with Lisanna that I heard from Gray earlier today. Even though many people always think we fight, which don't get me wrong, we always do, but he wouldn't lie about something like this. Trust me, I would love to bury that ice boy into the ground, but I trust him.
Most people would be like: "You and Lucy love each other! Screw Lisanna!"
But let's make something clear, don't get me wrong, I do love Lucy. But I had known Lisanna since we were little, we bonded, and had been together for so long. I was not going to let Lisanna break my heart. And of all people, she went with Bickslow. There was no way I was going to let that slide.
I cleared my head, walked out my door and stomped down to the city.
"Hopefully," I thought aloud as I stomped down to the city, "I'll find Lisanna and Bickslow and I'll give them an ear full. How could Lisanna do this to me?!"
When I reached the edge of Magnolia I quickly began looking around then I headed deeper into the city. I turned and went into the Magnolia garden and I immediately thought of when Lucy and I bumped into each other, but my thoughts were immediately interrupted by the heart-crushing sight of intertwined hands of Lisanna and Bickslow. What Gray told me was true. Lisanna was smiling, and happy. But I froze when Lisanna's eyes wandered and met mine. Her pupils shrunk and she gasped as she stopped dead in her tracks and stared at me. I just stared back at her, I couldn't do anything. It was the most intense game of the staring contest I've ever been in.
"Natsu...I..." Lisanna tried to find words as our intense staring contest that was in session went on. But I let her win, I turned, chickened out, and ran the other way. "Wait, Natsu!"
What the hell am I doing?! I remember yelling at myself as I ran from the scene. I ran into an alley-way by a coffee shop and I pressed my back up against the side of one of the buildings and panted.
"Lisanna..." I muttered. My twisted feelings were soon put aside when I heard laughter and I looked up and to my right to see...
Lucy...
She wasn't alone, she was with Erza and Levy. I've known those two for as long as I did Lisanna. Looks like they've become really good friends in a short amount of time, as expected from those two.
"So, you've been in Magnolia for only a couple of days?" Levy asked and Lucy nodded.
"Yeah, I was staying over at a ...friends house over night." Lucy said. So, she considers me a friend, eh? I chuckled to myself. I don't know why I found that surprising.
Seeing them smile and talk made me smile, it was nice to know that Lucy was already finding her way around Magnolia and was nice to be able to see that she was able to make friends so easily.
I slid farther down the alley-way, it felt wrong watching Lucy like that, I knew she could handle herself. My mind went back to Lisanna, I didn't know what I did back there... Running away like that was so cowardly of me! I needed to get back there.
And so, I did. I exited out of the far entrance of the alley-way and I walked smoothly back to the gardens in Magnolia to still see Bickslow crossing his arms as Lisanna was trying to tell him something, she looked stressed.
"Lisanna." I stated her name, interrupting her talk with the clearly angered Bickslow. Lisanna look at me.
"Natsu I can explain!" She said, I don't need to hear her tales.
"There's nothing to explain, Lisanna, " I said flatly as I stood my ground, "You've been going behind my back with this guy?"
Lisanna hesitated and then nodded shyly, Bickslow scoffed, turned, and began to walk, but I gripped his arm, signaling him to halt. "You're not out of this either, Bickslow."
Bickslow turned back around and we began discussing the turn of events . It turned out Lisanna had been going behind my back for quite some time, about a month or so. It took everything I had to not make a scene. I was infuriated. That had to be the most difficult thing I've ever been through, trying not to lose my cool, trying not to start cussing them out. It took a lot to make me angry, unless you were Gray, but this was on a whole other level, I was so upset. I still can't describe how upset I was. That's how upset I was, notice how I'm using the word upset a lot, that's because I was so freaking upset, I don't know what to say anymore. It wasn't heart break, it was anger.
"So that's that then, " I said sighing, "Lisanna. We're done...obviously."
"Natsu I'm so sor-"
"Words don't matter, actions do." I stopped her from apologizing when I raised my hand as a signal for her to stop saying things. I turned and left.
My thoughts were scrambled as I make my way through the city, I lost sense of direction and I just sat down on one of the many benches that were throughout Magnolia.
I don't know how long that I had been sitting there but when I realized that I was starting to see the sun go down on the horizon, I made my way back to my house. I just trudged along but when I heard my name being said I looked to my right to see Lucy with Levy and Erza still.
"Oh!! His name's Natsu? We know Natsu! He's a friend of ours!" Levy explained as they were walking to a group of chairs near a food place, this made Lucy nod.
"That's cool. Yeah, he helped me out when I got.." Lucy paused, she clearly was embarrassed about what she was about to say next, "Banana..in my eyes...Heh, it's a long story..."
I smirked as Lucy went along with what I told Lisanna.
Levy and Erza both raised an eyebrow in curiosity. I smirked and continued walking.. I didn't think Luce wanted to see me right then.
When I approached my door, there was a white-haired figure...Lisanna. Lisanna was standing outside my door, I heard her knock.
"What do you want?" I asked as I approached behind her, she gasped and turned around.
"Natsu! I- uhm.." Lisanna came closer, but I stepped back.
I stayed silent, waiting for her to continue with what she was saying.
"Im really sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you! I was actually planning on telling you.."
I just walked past her and went into my house, slamming the door behind me. I was seriously not in the mood for excuses.
"Wait, Natsu!" Lisanna called out from behind the door.
I just decided to hop into the shower, and I did so. I disrobed and showered. After my shower I came out of my bathroom and the first thing I saw was a picture of me and Lisanna in a picture frame. I walked over to it, I just tossed the whole frame and picture into the garbage. I didn't want to look at the past.
"Tomorrow," I said aloud, "I'll look for Lucy...I need to tell her something."
I need to tell her that I love her.
Hey y'all! From this point onward, I am no longer editing this story. I just feel like I should repost everything, and leave it as it is. Sorry :/ But it's going to be a lot of cringe writing from here on out. I might pop in every once in a while if I feel like editing, but other than that, it's just going to be the original story!
