It's been a week and a half since Bobby died and the family haven't really left Rufus' cabin aside from a couple of grocery store visits.
Miranda is making lunch for the kids. Sam told her he would, worried about her being nine months pregnant and grieving. Though, she insisted on cooking, wanting to try to get her mind off of Bobby.
Miranda whimpers when she feels a pain in her stomach. She clutches onto the edge of the counter, wincing. It was quiet enough, neither brother heard her.
After a few minutes, Miranda moans in pain, whining.
"Randi?" Sam asks, getting up and going over to her. "You okay?"
"Mm. I-- I think it's the baby." She says.
"What?" His eyes widen.
"Baby. Baby's coming." Miranda states.
"Shit." Sam mumbles. "Okay. Okay, uh... bag." He grabs the baby bag they had prepared.
"You're not seriously going to a hospital, right? With leviathans all over the place?" Dean questions.
"Okay, well, do you know how to deliver a baby, Dean?" Sam bites.
"You two have been through it before. You know how." Dean says.
"Are you on fucking drugs?" Miranda hisses, wincing as another contraction hits. "Damn it. I was really hoping it was just indegestion earlier."
"Wait, this has been going for hours?" Sam asks.
"Well, yeah. It was just... further apart earlier."
"Miranda."
"Oh, scold me later. If you piss me off right now, I will rip your head off, you stupid ass Sasquatch."
"Okay. Come on. Dean, watch the kids."
"What? Why?" Dean asks.
"Yeah, why?" Miranda asks.
"You wanna bring two fucking toddlers?" Sam questions.
"I don't want him in charge of them." Miranda says.
"He's the only person we got." Sam says.
Miranda whines, letting Sam drag her out of the house while listing off instructions to Dean.

"Ice chips." Sam gives Miranda the cup.
"You suck." She whines.
"Hey, it takes two to make a baby." Sam says. Miranda glares at him making him shrink back. "Or-- or not."
"If we have a fourth kid, you're pushing it out." Miranda says.
"Okay." Sam says, fighting back a smile.
"Look, I-- I know you're not huge on physical contact -- even less than you were before -- so... so I'm not gonna, like, be offended if you're not coddling me like you did with Carly. I mean, from what I've heard, the more births you have, the easier it gets. I mean, even Wyatt didn't take as long, so hopefully this one will just... you know, slide right on out."
"I'm right here." Sam rubs her shoulder before starting to massage her scalp.

Miranda relaxes when the baby's out, listening to the crying. The nurses put the baby on her chest, handling everything.
"Congratulations on your baby girl." The nurse smiles.
Sam softly smiles, his eyes tearing up, letting out a small laugh.
"Hey, baby." He mumbles. "You did it again." He smiles at his wife, kissing her on the head.
"I still stand by you pushing the next one out." Miranda says making Sam chuckle. "I'll coddle you."
"Yeah, okay." Sam laughs.

Sam and Miranda got to leave the hospital a couple days later and they get back to the cabin.
"You think the other two are dead?" Miranda asks as Sam takes the car seat out.
"Dean isn't that careless." Sam says.
"He's a grieving alcoholic." Miranda says. Sam stares at her for a few moments.
"Shit." He rushes to the cabin and Miranda rolls her eyes. She grabs the bag and shuts the door, following him inside.
They find the place a messier than they left it, both kids rushing to their parents and Dean staring at the wall of research.
"Mommy! Daddy!" Carly races to them, latching onto her dad. Wyatt hugs his mom.
"Hey, baby." Sam hugs her before she goes to Miranda and tightly hugs her.
"Hungwy!" Wyatt yells, hugging his dad's leg.
"Yeah. Yeah, okay. When's the last time you guys ate?" Sam asks.
"Last night." Carly says. "I had crackers this morning, but Wyatt wouldn't eat them."
"You guys get three meals a day?" Miranda asks.
"I guess. It's really just been chips and other junk food." Carly says. "He let us have soda."
"Dean." Sam glares at his brother. Dean either ignores him or doesn't hear him. "Dean!"
Dean finally turns around.
"You didn't feed them?" He questions.
"I fed them." Dean says.
Sam rolls his eyes.
"I'll take care of them, you got her?" Sam asks, handing the car seat to Miranda.
"Yeah." She nods, taking the car seat. "And I'll beat him up in a few days."
"Yeah, let me know when. I'll help." Sam grumbles, going to the kitchen area and looking for something to feed his children.
"You guys wanna meet your baby sister?" Miranda asks, carrying the car seat to the bedroom area.
"Why is she so tiny?" Carly asks.
"Cause babies are small when they first get here." Miranda says. "You were this small too once. So was your brother.
"Whoa." Carly whispers making Miranda softly laugh. "What's her name?"
"Serena." Miranda informs.
"Can I hold her?" Carly asks.
"Maybe later. Let's let her sleep right now." Miranda says.
"Okay." Carly sighs.
"Come on. You guys want some chocolate milk?" She asks, leading them to the kitchen area.
"Yeah!" Wyatt grins, rushing to where his dad is. "Daddy." He tugs on his jeans.
"Yeah, buddy." Sam picks him up, holding him in one arm while stirring the macaroni and cheese with his free hand.
